We just closed our second purchase with Chris Coats as our loan broker. Chris is truly exceptional at what he does and was, once again, an absolute joy to work with. He knows his stuff, was very proactive, and was always quick to provide helpful information. This was a condo deal, which involved an added layer of approvals, and Chris got us through that without a hitch. We were scheduled for a one month escrow, which is aggressive in these crazy COVID-19 times, and actually closed a day early, thanks in large part to Chris's diligent efforts. If you need a home loan in Utah, you can't go wrong with Chris Coates. We highly recommend him!
