HORRIBLE!!!! tried calling ahead. We get there a couple minutes after, and our order wasn't even started. Placed it in the store, go back up when they say, and STILL not even started. The employee said the crew sucks. I think I've seen 1 employee there EVER that wasn't rude. We will not be ordering here again.

I wish I could give this location negative stars. Second time there was worse than the first. With the first I figured every business has bad days. But today's experience left me speechless. 2 of my 4 pizzas looked like they had been sitting for hours. The ICB was dry and cold. Stuffed cheese bread was busted and lacking cheese. And to top it all off I found hairs in my 3 meat. Definitely wont be back. Staff was rude and unhelpful too. Wasted $50.
I gave the cashier all lot of change instead of $5 he was very nice about it even when I felt horrible the whole time. He even was so nice that I left the store telling him he can keep the change for his hard work and he ran out of the store to give it back to me
I don't know why, but I always feel ill after eating from here. Could be just me, but most of the time the pizza is not cooked properly and is very gross.
Ordered the $6.00 pizza & Italian bread stixs i had to wait over 30 minutes. It was dried out and burnt. I had to sit in the drive thru twice. Once to ordered and than wait 15 minutes for pick up back thru the drive thru. Awful service!! Go some where else their pizza is not good!!!!!!!
Ordered stuff that was ready but it had been sold to another as i paid so i had to wait, with a toddler. The bread was ok but the pizza was a greasy nasty mess.
I love this location! They're fast, efficient and the deep dish is the best (get mushrooms and black olives). Recommended for any easy lunch or dinner. Only downside is leaving my kids for 15 minutes due to no delivery... wait, that's a plus!
I have went to the one on cherry hill road multiple times and more then half of the time there is nobody answering at the drive through window speaker! So, I pull up to the window and there is still. nobody. Answering. I waited about 5 minutes at the speaker and over 10 at the window! Seriously?
Possibly the worst job I ever had. Supervisor was rude and threw away employees drink. And makes you feel like you re never doing anything correctly. Also you re allowed to date co-workers if you re equal level. If anyone wants to know. Would not recommend ever going here for employment if you enjoy be happy
For the very first restaurant, it was very unassuming and looked like any other Little Caesars restaurant in an old part of town, though it does have a large plaque acknowledging it's the first restaurant. Still worth the visit for cheap pizza if you're in the area
It's was through the roof. The cashier maybe manager made a slight mistake on my order, but apologized for the extra time it would take and gave a small token. Very professional, great service.
Was told to pull up and that they would bring it out to me. After 30 mins pulled back around to find out they forgot about me. Get home and pizza is cold!
Order a lunch combo, a crazy bread and sauce combo, and a extra diet Pepsi.. have door dash deliver it and only one soda show up. I call to ask for a refund on the sofa I wasn't delivered and they say it's not their fault it's the drivers but no one told him to grab the extra soda when I ask for a credit to my card for the price of the soda they say they can't do it. Just be warned when getting delivery if your order is wrong they won't do anything to fix the issue..
Order ahead of time or be prepared to wait !Got my order wrong at the window. I was ok with the mistake since it made my total a little cheaper. Was asked to pull fwd for 2 meat pizzas "hot n ready". 3 cars were there with me being 2nd. Got my order last. Was there for atleast 45 mins.
Boots the Monkey up front tells me 45 minutes for and Extra Most Bestest but this lady gets her 1/2 lite sauce 1/2 normal sauce 3 meat in 15? Excuse me!?
SAD TO SEE THIS ORIGINAL LC close, but not as sad as I was when I went to to get a 6 buck pizza and the behind the counter gad push filled blisters all over her red inflamed lips , she did however wash her hands numerous times and never touched food .. but her at the front counter was quite the fright .. to bad they never solved that stabbing up there years ago , that was my buddy R.I.P
If someone in the drivethru is waiting for their food, so is everyone behind them... They refuse to have employees exit the store to deliver the food being waited on. Or at least have them pull back thru. I ordered my food online and paid online and I've been waiting in line for 20 minutes. I would have drove away already if I didn't prepay -___- cherry on top is that I'm on my way to work and this will probably make me late. Would be more than on time if this ran like a normal drivethru.
Rude employee I recently just called up there and the guy who answered the phone had an attitude than when I asked for the total he said bye and I asked again for the total and he hung up in my face
if i could have given it a minus star.i would have.i orderd food one night after working 12 hrs.they told me 15 mins.ok fine i went to the car and waited.i lost track of time because i was on the phone,so i went in 30 mins later.just so a kid can tell me.i forgot.he proceeds to tell me it will be another 8 to 10 mins.i go back to my car come in 10 mins later,still no food.the guy was now gone and replaced with a girl who had no idea who i was,about my order nothing.so i told her give me my dam $ back.this place just wasted 40 mins of my life and i still have to show up at home with no food for the kids.the so called manager acted like i bothered him because i wanted my money back .never again will i go to this little caesers that i drive by daily going to and from work.
They lost power. Didn't get my food. Three weeks later im still trying to get my money back. Don't use a card cash only. Maybe I would have my money back if I used my own advice.
WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Went in to grab a few pizza's and bread-sticks for a sleepover. Stopped in the drive thru so that my infant could stay in the car, thinking that this would be the most comfortable and convenient option. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when this was the exact opposite of the truth. Upon getting to the window I immediately began to smell cigarette smoke. I look up and see one of the cooks, heavy set with dark hair, standing right at the front of the building taking smoke break. The entire time I am at the window I have to keep letting my window up and down to speak with the young man working the window while trying to keep the second hand smoke away from my 12 and 2 year old! Traditionally smoke breaks are taken in the back of a store away from guest but apparently at this location some of the staff choose to share that habit with the customers. For this reason I will never spend money here again, and I will be sure to spread the word to all of my students and parents that live in the area!
Worse place ever! Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes just to pull up and be told that it was going to be a 25-30 minute wait for a single deep dish hot and ready. Absolutely stunning uncalled for and very unprofessional!!!!!
Some of the worst customer service every time I ve gone here. I ordered online, then sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, (18 minutes past when the app said my pizza was ready). When I mentioned this to the man-child at the window, and said that I hoped my order was hot, he very snidely said, it is . No apology, sorry for the wait, no explanation. Nothing. Little Caesars customer service training deserves a negative rating. Oh, and barely warm pizza....
Could Not be happier! I screwed up my order by forgetting to add a 2-liter. The young pretty African American woman was so EXTREMELY pleasant that I truly hope she gets a good word from her managers about this! She was working the Drive-Thru window around 8:00 PM on Friday May 17th. Thanks for the great experience....I wish i would've gotten Your name!
You truly deserve at least an honorable word from your boss, so many people in this industry are unpleasant, so thanks for not being that way!
we called in to order two cheese pizzas they told us we didn't have to call and order cheese pizza they had them already prepared, but when we got there they did not have them already prepared.
My husband and I place an order over the phone for two pizzas and both pizzas was made wrong. We ask for light butter, parmesan, and Italian herb on the crust but the whole pizza was saturated in butter and the crust was overwhelmed with Italian herb and parmesan. One of the pizzas was supposed to have pepperoni, sausage, and banana pepper but instead I got pepperoni, bacon, and banana pepper and the other pizza was supposed to have cheese and beef with extra beef but there was no extra beef. So we waited about 40 minutes for some pizza that was soaked in butter. I don't know if the staff need to take classes on how to make the pizzas correctly or how to comprehend the order over the phone but something needs to be done. This is one of the worst Little Caesars I have visited, and this one is closest to my house.
Me and my dad went through the drive-thru and the lady that took our order was very rude and unprofessional. My dad asked her if he could get a hot & ready, an italian cheese bread, and an italian cheese bread with pepperoni. She couldn't get it right so my dad had to keep repeating it and then she yelled okay at him in a nasty tone. Then the last time we came, they got our breads wrong. Now this time she was trying to make us order the same bread we didn't want the last time.
Days of hot and ready are beyond dead. Always a wait. Nothing is ready. Employees are mostly lazy under motivated teens who could care less about customer satisfaction.

The management here obviously doesn t care about their job; they re just in it to leave for the day. The other employees seem to be doing the best that they can with horrible management running the location.
I ordered over the phone to ensure a fresh order. I was told the order would take 30 minutes because they were very busy. When I arrived, it was 9:03 so the lobby was closed. There were people in the lobby, so I knocked on the door and asked if I could come in and pay for my order since it was already made. I was told by the employee that I had to go through the drive thru. I wasn t happy, but I obliged and walked back to my car to go through the drive thru.
The drive thru line had 7 cars in front of me. This location is VERY slow at the drive thru, so I called the location and asked if I could just come in and pay instead of waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes for my order (which would be cold by then). The employee who answered the phone was sympathetic and asked the manager. The manager did not care and just said no, she has to wait in the drive thru .
As a retail manager myself, I understand wanting to get out of work, but when customer service suffers and you lose patronage because of it, it s time to make management changes. I won t be returning to this location.

Going on 40 minutes trying to pick up an order my wife placed she texted me the pizza disapointal (portal) code @ 545pm it's now 625pm here it comes finally. This store has been a big disappointment since opening. Any time it's busy expect to wait, poorly managed and staffed.
