Gross overcharging without justification. we have queried a bill for the collection of general waste. We have been unable to get a response as to why since September 2017. We have called and emailed many times yet the high charging has continued. We were told to allow up to 8 weeks to resolve these kind of disputes REALLY??, yet 5 months have gone by and we have not been contacted to resolve this matter.
Our 660L bin collection is usually sufficient.However according to their records the bin was a whopping 266kg!!!! over our usual allowance during our quietest period in August 2017, when we quantified the excess weight it was the equivalent of four staff members inside the bin .. and they asked me if it could be food waste SERIOUSLY???
