I do not recommend this company. Try to find a local independent supplier that will give you the best deals and do their job properly.
I've been with direct 365 for 2 years now and had nothing but bad service. My clinical waste is constantly overflowing and I have to contact them to ask for a collection everytime as the service is always missed. I then decided to leave as my contract ended and been told I had to pay a fee as I should have given them 3 months notice, the fee was so high is almost the price for the year of service! it's a real joke. Everything is in their favour and their benefit and now I have to put up with another year of this. My JANUARY service was missed last week so we're off to a lovely start.
