I had a problem with the way our accounts had been set up for multiple sites, no fault of Direct365, but this was causing confusion within our accounts department . After speaking to Lydia Pugh everything was sorted and dealt with immediately. She was very helpful and understanding, but more importantly she was responsive and very professional. Thanks Lydia x
