I ve only lived in my new apartment a week and have had the worst experience of my life. Within the first day of moving in we noticed our down stairs neighbors were littering outside, smoking outside to where we couldn t open our windows, and profusely blasting music, cussing and yelling at eachother, and slamming doors. Yes I understand that s out of landlords control but there s no way people in the past haven t complained about these people. On top of that commotion our apartment is infested with ants. I literally see them crawling from under the floor board and walls in every single room. We have to wait a few days until an exterminator can come out and it takes months to completely kill of ant colonies. I m disgusted, all of our stuff is getting ruined and knowing there s ants in all of our belongs when we just paid thousands to move into a hopeful place is so disheartening. I have a 10 month old baby. This is completely un acceptable. I m so un happy and sad.

Dimension Property Management provides quality and professionalism! They consist of a phenomenal well oiled team that offers rapid responses, reliability, etc. Dimension Property Management has integrity, knowledge and understands their clients needs. As a transaction manager and realtor, I have dealt with many different property managements but none compare to these folks! This is the place to go if you are looking to work with professionals!

All these high ratings are a lie! This is their third page that I ll leave my review on! The woman in the office needs to be retrained because she lacks customer service skills and proper phone etiquette she s totally incompetent then again THEY ALL ARE. This apartment that we re renting is run down. Mold all inside, a giant square cut into the ceiling, decades old carpet, and the caulking in the bathroom is yellow and crumbling. The parking lot floods because the drains are clogged. This is WA state so it rains a lot. They have you fill a maintenance order and never fix it. The neighbors are loud and don t pick up after their dogs. This place has cockroaches and ants. I DON T CARE HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS!

The worst property management "company" in Lakewood, WA. They don't care for their tenants. The apartments have MOLD and their solution is to paint over it. The parking is horrendous. So many subletting and the drainage sewer is clogged so if you like to shell out more money for new tires and shoes then look elsewhere! I've been here over a year and there is still nothing done about the MOLD or parking lot. 5634 boston avenue sw

Don t even buy a house from them. They don t take responsibility or their mistakes.

They asked me to take down my review but you get a eviction if you speak out about things that are happening in your home and if you owe and are in a bind they don't try and work with you they put you out this place was not a good place please don't rent Kent location Just nasty

I have not had any problems since renting from dimension. They are nice, responsive, send maintenance over when you put in work orders, don't bother you, the place is fully remodeled and very cute, deposit was more reasonable then most out there right now. All in all, it has been a breeze renting from them.
