All these high ratings are a lie! This is their third page that I ll leave my review on! The woman in the office needs to be retrained because she lacks customer service skills and proper phone etiquette she s totally incompetent then again THEY ALL ARE. This apartment that we re renting is run down. Mold all inside, a giant square cut into the ceiling, decades old carpet, and the caulking in the bathroom is yellow and crumbling. The parking lot floods because the drains are clogged. This is WA state so it rains a lot. They have you fill a maintenance order and never fix it. The neighbors are loud and don t pick up after their dogs. This place has cockroaches and ants. I DON T CARE HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS!
