The worst property management "company" in Lakewood, WA. They don't care for their tenants. The apartments have MOLD and their solution is to paint over it. The parking is horrendous. So many subletting and the drainage sewer is clogged so if you like to shell out more money for new tires and shoes then look elsewhere!
