I ve only lived in my new apartment a week and have had the worst experience of my life. Within the first day of moving in we noticed our down stairs neighbors were littering outside, smoking outside to where we couldn t open our windows, and profusely blasting music, cussing and yelling at eachother, and slamming doors. Yes I understand that s out of landlords control but there s no way people in the past haven t complained about these people. On top of that commotion our apartment is infested with ants. I literally see them crawling from under the floor board and walls in every single room. We have to wait a few days until an exterminator can come out and it takes months to completely kill of ant colonies. I m disgusted, all of our stuff is getting ruined and knowing there s ants in all of our belongs when we just paid thousands to move into a hopeful place is so disheartening. I have a 10 month old baby. This is completely un acceptable. I m so un happy and sad.
