I've been calling in for two days now to schedule an appointment - but I'm not able to. I was asked to send a referral even though my insurance allows me to visit specialists without a referral. My primary provider has faxed the referral twice but your office says that they haven't received it. After calling several times - I was told that you're facing some issues with your fax machine and maybe that's why your not receiving it. On asking when it might potentially be resolved - I was told that that information is not available. I was also told that you do not accept the referral over email and that I will not be able to schedule an appointment. Why should the patient suffer because of your clinic's policies and administrative problems. Extremely disappointed with the experience and I do not think it does justice to the rating you have on google.

I too waited and waited to be contacted and finally I called them. The lady on the phone didn t seem to know what she was doing . Finally got an appt almost two months out! We are 10 days away from procedure and a very nice nurse called to let me know about the prep for procedure and what time to arrive. Got my mail for the day and there was a letter from this place stating that I had 5 days to pay them 450.00 or couldn t have procedure! I called my insurance and they were as perplexed as me wondering g why they would ask for that much up front. So after 3 months of being sick and me counting down the days to maybe getting answers I had to cancel. I think this is something that should be talked about with patients on the phone when making the appt or shortly after! I will tell people about this poor service!

Whereas I'm sure the staff and doctors are top-flight, their phone tree is ORWELLIAN. I can't imagine any other callers ever actually getting through on a first try; it is just so obviously engineered, in the spirit of Pavlov, to TEACH YOU to just leave a message.

You must hit an key (other than 2 I recall) if you want to remain in queue to speak with someone (Ha!), and after twelve rounds of that, repeated each thirty seconds, I gave up. Left a message, which has not been returned yet --in fairness it hasn't even been a day. Maybe they'll call.

But. It was a new low when it comes to painful, annoying and time-consuming phone trees. What diabolical mind thought this was a way to go?

Terrible phone service; don't seem to care. I have a horrible time communicating with anyone particularly in setting up an appointment.

Terrible service. Colonoscopy - they wanted someone to wait during the proceedure and get instructions on aftercare. Ridiculous I've had these before and they are no big deal - this office makes it impossible to get the medical care you deserve. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!

Trying to make an appointment with this place will cost you a lot of frustration - I held for over an hour, then finally asked for a call back that I did receive about 20 hours later! When I did get the call back, I was at work and didn't have the time to deal with this personal issue. Honestly - get some customer service and hire a person in scheduling!

I am not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. My colonoscopy was scheduled very quickly only a week and half out and that was likely because I requested a female doctor. My voicemails were returned promptly on the same day, The nurses I spoke to were very friendly and mostly helpful. On the day of my appointment I was taken back promptly and the procedure itself was very fast! This was my first go around with getting a colonoscopy, I was actually terrified and had experienced extreme anxiety the entire week before my procedure. I was very nervous about getting sedated for my colonoscopy, I had spoken to the nurse On the day of my appointment, about being nervous about sedation, I asked the nurse checking me if I had to have sedation. She told me that NO IT IS NOT REQUIRED, its a personal preference! Dr. Ashley Evans and her nurses were amazing helping me get through my first colonoscopy without any sedation or pain meds! It was a little uncomfortable in some spots/going around corners however very tolerable. I would recommend anyone who is nervous about sedation to at least try the procedure without it. You won't regret it and the staff are so comforting and helpful in getting you through it! Thank you so so much.
