DIESELOGIC Review

HORRIBLE COMPANY to start off. They took my cores no problem, which were better than the injectors they had sent me. I had their injectors in my truck for 3 hours before 1 got stuck open, got them tested myself afterwords and 1 was stuck open 2 were leaking fuel into my oil out of the nozzle retaining nut and the rest didn’t pass emissions. Sent them back for warranty and they say “perfectly useable and functional” and now want me to pay about $400 to get them back and have them still not work. STAY AWAY FROM DIESELOGIC. get all your diesel products from Dans Diesel Performance (DDP) and save yourself a massive 3-6 month headache. All reviews on their website are 5 star but all the reviews every where else are 1 start with a whole paragraph on how bad their products are and their horrible customer service.

I sent them the vin# and all necessary info. They sent me the wrong turbo. I was told that the part# was correct and that a replacement would be identical. They held my money for over a month. I shipped back at my own expense and was finally credited less restocking fee. There are plenty of other diesel outfits out there so I will use someone else in the future.

They charged me a 15% restocking fee for injectors I never received.

Diesel logic is the worst company I have dealt with, i ordered my suppose to be 6.5 mechanical pump from them Sept 26, it was finally shipped October 10 and after another week it arrived. I had a motor built by a shop here, new internals from the crank to intake to injectors. The truck would not start or do nothing, it took another week to come to terms that the pump was not doing its job so I asked for a refund, they stated they would not do a refund, my only option was to send it back so they could test it again and see if it was in “spec” on my dime and warned me that I would have to pay shipping costs to have it sent back if they found nothing wrong. Well they sent me a bad pump the first time so it wasn’t going to surprise me if they did it again, I took a 900$ dollar loss instead of dealing with these clowns and brought it to Huckstorf Diesel Pump & Injector service and they advised me the following,
Shut off solenoid would not pull in even under 16 volts
Advance caps incorrect part number
Incorrect governor assembly in pump
Incorrect pump housing ( circular housing, not flat like the 6.5 pump housing was where it bolts to timing cover)
Incorrect head and rotor assembly.(.290 plungers )( head was for a 6.2)
After purchasing the huckstorf pump the truck ran flawless, better than ever . This company is unorganized, no communication and offered no options to correct their mistake. Save yourself the time and trouble call huckstorf. Cheaper too.

I am very impressed with the customer service I received from Dieselogic. I have a 1995 GMC truck in Africa that needs an electronic diesel injector pump. I went online to look for the part. I wasn't sure what to order and I contacted Dieselogic. The customer service helped me beyond my expectations. We texted back and forth with photographs of the part I needed and I was able to get the answer I want. It was an amazing experience and excellent service from Dieselogic. I will recommend Dieselogic for customers looking for automotive parts - GMC/CHEVY.

Lesson learned, your better off to buy new!! I ordered injectors for my 6.7 and 3 failed immediately after installation. I talked to the technician and he said that never happens. Sure enough after my mechanic removes them , I ship them back for testing 3 faulty injectors. I had to pay again to have to reinstall. Cost the same as buying new. Very dissatisfied.

Great product, amazing service. 04 Duramax is running great and so far the injectors have been running champ, and it's been a while. Will def recommend again.

I would like to give my 5 stars to customer service ( Omar Cueto ) On my way to Arizona when my 1999 Dodge Ram broke down in Redding California Saturday night , had towed to repair shop, wasn't sure what failed but had a good idea it was the injector pump. Was on line pricing injector pumps. A chat came up on Dieselogics , when chatting the person ask if they could call me for more information. I definitely said yes, would rather talk than chat not that fast on the keyboard. I was amazed they would talk on a Sunday. After talking to Omar he gave me a price and overnight shipping cost. He gave me a number that I could text or call him with anymore questions. If it was the injector pump ( not knowing yet until shop diagnosed my truck ) I needed to let him know by 11:30 Pacific time but he told me if was a little later that would probably okay because he would have someone get it UPS so I would have it next day which I didn't expect. I could write more because we talked and texted about five times. I want people to know this was exceptional service and they have my business when I need parts for my truck. I hope this review will help future customers to try and buy from Dieselogics.

Interesting idea of using phone texting as a support and sales tool. I think I like it. I'll add to this review when I receive and install the diesel injectors.

The core charge policy in place is setup to rip you off. No notice, no reminder - just $900 on my credit card after they said they were not received. My credit card was on file but my email & phoine number are not? The $900 they took was going to be a $250 refund if received within 30 days. Some bad policy and fuzzy math that appears to be one sided - because it is. The truck is still having the same issues after repair and the GMC repair facility states if is because of faulty reman parts

Injector line delivered quickly using standard shipping. Fit was good. Price for one line compared to the set of 8 was disproportionate..

I ordered the glow plug controller for my 89 f250 idi. Bolted right on in minutes and truck fired right up after dealing with long and smokey starts. Controller works great and is much more affordable than going through motorcraft. Thanks!

Paid an extremely high cost next day shipping, item didn t ship then was promised item would ship day after day after day after day. Never shipped had to cancel order and purchase from another company who did ship when they said they would. Will never buy from or recommend this company. Cost me a weeks pay due to being unable to travel to work waiting on the part.

Just like original injectors. When I installed them truck ram like new again the miss and knock was gone no more haze from tailpipe. I ve used cheap injectors in the past from eBay only to have had to replace them after 1 year. Thanks diesel logic.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. THEIR PRODUCT IS JUNK. AFTER HAVING THEIR INJECTORS INSTALLED IN MY TRUCK, IT WOULD NOT RUN AT ALL. REMOVED THEIR INJECTORS AND REINSTALLED MY OLD ONES AND THE TRUCK RAN. THEY HAVE COST ME WELL OVER $1,000.00 IN LABOR IN THE WHOLE PROCESS AND NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME A RESTOCKING FEE OF OVER $373.00. THE ONLY REASON THERE IS A STAR CHECKED, BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY CAN POST THIS.

Really liked was able to read the story of how they got started. Had the correct answer for every question. They schooled me in a very respectful way. U felt as tho u were dealing with a local shop down the street. Jennifer was great and everything went perfect. The injectors perform great, good as new. Will use them in the future.

They are customer service oriented, for example they always answer the phone and reply in a timely manner. The prices are very competitive. I have referred others to purchase from L&J Diesel.

My experience was terrible with this company. Injectors were damaged during shipping. Nathan and Andrew told me that there was nothing they could do because their core dept. Didn't receive back any damaged injectors. That the injectors they received from me were all used and no damage. Even after they received pics from the Ford dealer who installed them of the damaged box and injectors. Do not buy from this company. They do not stand behind their product.

Bought injectors for 03 6.0 powerstroke. Great prices and great quality injectors for the price. Shipping was a little later than expected but overall really great service!

I am a very reasonable and patient person, but this company pushed me to the absolute limits.

My first LB7 injector kit had two bad injectors and after giving them the benefit of the doubt and receiving replacements, the motor was still smoking and knocking. (All my work was performed by a certified diesel mechanic.)

The customer service is terrible. You will be ignored if you want your money back. I had to file a suit with PayPal and Visa in order to get my money back because I was past L and J's "warranty period."

This was just to be refunded for the kit. I had sent my cores in promptly after their removal and I was told I would receive a 640.00 dollar credit. It's been three months and I still have neither received my credit or my cores back.

Lincoln Diesel was kind enough to give me a 90 day core return period after selling me some far superior parts. Side note, the injectors from Lincoln have the truck running like a top. I still am running out of time because of L and J's (diesel logics) shady business ethics.

Zero stars. Buyer beware.

Hello I hate to leave 1 star but we bought a set of injectors last March 2017 and in December 2017 one went bad so I called and they said I could purchase 1 and they would refund my money when they got my broke one back ,so we got it and replaced it and on January 18th they received the bad one back less then 30 days and have tracking but no one will talk to us about a refund,I called they said I have to email warranty which I have 3 times and no response and there is no number for me to call warranty,any help would be nice

My injectors were pretty dirty and took a day or so longer but they performed and looked brand new when I received them back.

My pintle caps were dry rotted and came apart. They ordered new ones and didn't charge me much for them. I did have to wait a week almost to get them but no one else in town had them.

The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was I could have used the help getting my old pintle caps off. It took me 3 days of picking at them to get them off the injector.

All in all though I would keep bringing my injectors back. No real reason not to. It's a smart move to rebuild/clean your injectors after a motor rebuild. I'm glad someone was around to take care of it. It only cost me a little over a Benjamin to get it done for 4 injectors.

These guys always answer the phone and don't mind answering little questions. Even though they classify as a diesel service company they cleaned my gas injectors for me.

My delivery was very prompt and so far all is well with the LB7 remanufactured fuel injectors. Not, a lot of miles on the truck just yet. But, she runs better than she ever has.

I own a repair shop and from my normal suppliers the parts for this job were out of sight so I used DIESEL LOGIC to purchase a injector and gasket kit for my customers 2003 GMC DURAMAX all parts were great my shop made money and my customer was happy with the price and says the truck runs great. I will be doing a injector job for a 7.3 power stroke in a couple of weeks and will use this company again!!! Jim

I'm driving the truck some and everything appears to be ok. The truck is a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. Had a stuck injector back in January. Did some research on Line&J/Diesel Logic and decided on 8 remans. Also added an Airdog 100. Truck is running noticeably quieter and smoother. I'm still nervous about taking long trips until I'm sure everything is ok. Going to pay serious attention to fuel quality and filter maintenance.

Fast response to all my questions. They sent the order out very quickly and we're very pleasant to talk to on the phone. And very helpful. I would recommend to others.

Stay far away from there injectors . Pure junk but my bad should ve known by the price . Bought 4 injectors and installed them last summer , trucked started having the same problem 2 months later . I brought the truck to a mechanic who specializes in ford 7.3s . He stated he sent out the 4 injectors from Dieselogic to be bench tested . 2 completely failed and 2 were under performing . Again don t waste your money .

Changing my review yet again, start from the top. Ordered a valve gasket kit from them and was promised it would be here before the weekend hit. Never showed up until the next Monday. We even offered to pay extra money for EXPEDITED SHIPPING. was told that was not necessary as it would be there before Friday. Excuse was system supposedly crashed that took payments and the payment wasn't taken out until Wednesday. Bold face lie right there as my bank account showed it out of the account Tuesday morning. Was flooded with the generic "I'm sorries." I told the sales manager "Bryce" just to in the future don't promise people things when we were in a bind to get the parts. They wanted to make good with sending out a couple of things free of charge, ok cool. Thanks . Received 2 t shirts which my husband told them twice the sizes. They send a size M and XL in women's...mind you a women's t shirt is not going to fit my husband. So by this point the excuses flooded in that Dept has a tendency to be lazy, according to the lady that answered the phone. We have tried to contact Bryce all week with promises of him calling. Did the same today. Well guess what people, I'll most likely be returning the parts and taking our money elsewhere. These people are incompetent. I have never dealt with such a disorganized company. And no BRYCE this one won't be changed nor taken down this time. We're done.

Everything works great my truck starts right up every morning and all glow plugs were good I've bought glow plugs from others and they were bad when I put them in or they would blow up and I would have a hard time getting them out I will definitely buy of they'd guys again thank you so much

As a Master-tech for Chevrolet for 17 years here is my one and only encounter with this company. A customer of mine Ordered a stock lb7 injector set. Along with cp3,pressure regulator,high pressure lines and he wanted new glow plugs. Did a compression test just to verify everything was good. Reseal the injector cups and I finally Get everything in the truck, 3 of 8 we re already at a balance rate of 2.0 or higher. There wasn t a single one without a balance rate less than 1.2. Checked everything possible With the tech2. Everything was on point accept the injectors. With the one year warranty 9 injectors went out due to balance rates over 4.5 and fuel knock. Having to go into the rocker covers 5 times and replace high pressure lines every time as recommended. Do not buy unless you really like working on your truck. Be sure and order a couple of master install kits if you do your eventually going to need them.

Talked to several employees before placing my order and they we all very helpful and knowledgeable. Parts shipped promptly. Would use them again! Thanks L&J!

Worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, 1 of the 6 injectors I purchased was stuck open and nearly hydrolocked the engine, sent the bad injector back and had to wait nearly 3 months for a refund, charged 30 percent restocking fee even though their website says they charge 20 percent for restocking fee and still haven't received my refund for the cores. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with these people unless you like losing your money

I've ordered a full contamination set for lml dmax and a injector and glowplug set for lly dmax...they've been great. And their customer service is awesome. I was able to get ahold of somebody at 8pm at night about a shipping label! And they are cheaper than my local guys.

Fast and friendly service. If you are within driving distance to their shop and have no problem leaving your vehicle, these guys are a great team to work with. Best prices anywhere I could find and had them do the work. Could not beat it, with two trips to Jacksonville.

I ordered all the parts the same day for my 2004 LB7 and they arrived quickly. The injector took several days to get here from UPS so that might not be their fault. Injector was nicely wrapped and boxed. Customer service is excellent, they answer the phone and ask if you have any questions. They send you a return label for your injector core. Mike's YouTube video is pretty funny and I would use them again.

I had MANY tough questions and concerns that were addressed and handled quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Diesel Logic . A+ team .

It Can save you a world of time and money.

I purchased a full set of 8 injectors from this company, at first they seemed fine... then after 2 months I had a copper crush washer fail as pictured. I was not too concerned, so repaired it and then attempted to drive 900 miles to the Florida Keys towing my 31' boat and family in the Ford F250. This was the first time the 6.0 had a load on it..the first failure occured at 300 miles with engine catastrophic shut down failure on the side of the interstate. I was able to make repairs with the help of some very nice state agriculture officer who took me 11 miles down the interstate to Walmart to buy every tool they had and a roll of Teflon tape..in a pinch teflon tape can repair a blown fuel o-ring. After a night in the truck we found the Ford dealer in Gainsville, Fl was open on a Saturday and we made it another 150 miles to purchase 8 proper injector seal kits from them (I was prepping for the next problem) 10 miles from the dealership the engine coughed and shut-down. We luckly coasted into a Publix parking lot..the engine was hydrolocked, just great!!! Still not fully understanding the problem but guessing it was DIESELOGIC'S injectors, I hired a taxi back to Ford and bought the only 4 reman injectors they had,,, $cost =$1300 + $720 for the core's because how can you figure out whitch ones are bad ???? I might need all the parts I can get. After some great help from a 15yr Ford diesel mechanic 8 injectors removed and replaced with what appeared to be the best... at 9 pm the Ford was running (the guy would not quit until I pulled from the parking lot with a running truck,,,yeah there's some good people in Gainsville) well we drove it all night afraid to go over 60mph and definitely not turning it off ,,,we made it Big Pine key Fl at 6 am.

To make a long story short we had one more failure in Ocala Fl on the return trip,,,at this point we were getting really good at replacing injector seals on the side of the road with a burning hot engine,,, lots of fun with a wife and kids in a strange place.Thank god I had my nephew and his family to help this time!!! Had another failure near home in Orange Beach Al,,, so I took the Dieselogic junk to a machinist, guess what? 3 of the injectors were .003" shorter than the others,,,thereby not crushing the copper washer properly causing seal failure and o-ring failure then fuel hydrolock.

So I have sent the 4 shortest injectors back to Dieselogic under their supposed warenty,,,they claim this is not covered,,,,WHAT? Not only that, they seem to be keeping their junk injectors...3 months now and nothing,,,i could have at least gotten my core fee back from Ford....TRULY DISHONEST SELLERS!

DIESELOGIC COST ME THOUSANDS OF $ AND HUNDREDS OF HOURS AND, IN THE END.... THIER WARRANTY IS WORTH NOTHING!!!! Too late to file a dispute,,, too late to even give bad feedback ,,,

Quick ordering, quick delivery and all parts were correct. My husband threw away all the packaging, including the return label for the cores, but they got right on that and supplied me with another. Very easy transaction and prompt customer service.

This is a really good online store to do business with, they had several items that I needed and prices were very reasonable.

I purchased an injector for my F-350 6.0L. I received the injector in the time frame promised. Instal was easy my truck is running great. Diesel logic provided my with a return label in my box for my core return which made my return very convenient. I high recommend Diesel Logic!!!

Injectors arrived quickly and well packed along with the core return label. I ordered remanufactured injectors and you can definitely tell they are not brand new. Lots of imperfections and pitting from their previous life. However they where very clean, function well, and no defects where it really matters. If you want pretty injectors buy new, but honestly you can't see them once installed. Would buy again.

i ordered injectors on may 29th and was waiting on them until mid june, only to find out they forgot a o ring kit in the set. they sent it out 2 days later but put in the wrong address after i had already ordered and they had my address on file. than when the o rings arrived we looked again in the set and one of the injectors had a gash in it. this place sucked, got compensated when i payed big. go get injectors at lincoln diesel services or pretty much anything but this

This company is a rip off I have talked to several of there workers that quit from working there and each one had severe issues the disclosed to me in every department they are apparently building injectors that are supposed to be to Bosch standards which is disrespectful towards Bosch who builds quality they sell injectors that are the PX model and are supposed to be built with only Bosch parts and they put off name brand low quality parts in the injectors and sell them for top dollar then in the advertising department they "compensate" relatives and there friends and people whom aren't customers to leave the good reviews they have or it's only cause it's parts they didn't attempt to rebuild I just don't like seeing someone like Omar who is truthfully a con artist take the work they get from any other honest and quality remanufacturing companies who doesn't run half the company illegally and under the table

Terrible company to deal with, Firstly: order took longer to receive then I expected . Secondly: In less then 100 miles I had an injector fail. Thirdly: After three weeks and three phone calls every week after I should've received my core deposit back I still don't have it, tomorrow will be the fourth week and the fourth phone call after they admitted I should've received my core deposit refund! So far I can't say anything positive about the warranty process either. Extreme disappointment

Returning and exchange take forever and that don't . My truck been down for two weeks. Because of falling injectors went to a ford dealer two of 7 I purchased are bad so I want my money for two they won't send me my core back to replace them in will never forget this experience with diesel logic no more cheap parts when it comes to injectors you pay for what you get

Injectors arrived quickly. Great kit for the money. Cp3 pump had a surging regulator so I had to swap it with my older regulator. Other than that, super easy to send cores back and would refer to friends.

These folks are top notch. Not only willing to wait as I drove through west river south Dakota, they pointed me to the only kit to have everything. No used fuel lines like other sites and no upcharge for newer body design injectors. Do yourself a favor, SKU # 440-5020. Get the Super Duper kit and don't look back. Some of you have never done injectors before. I have three times. Don't screw around with junk. Talk to these guys. They are all business!!

Do not buy from this company, poor quality and poor customer service. Made a mistake by buying directly through the company and not ebay. So now I have no resolution means. Received one injector that was smashed in a vise or something and the other had a broken terminal. Wow

Update, never got a call back about my damaged injectors, so I went ahead and put them thinking that it was just cosmetic. Now the truck will not start. Dealer is saying to change injectors cause they are or one or two maybe sticking. WHAT A NIGHTMARE WOW. Buy ours from a dealer so you get a warranty.
