Changing my review yet again, start from the top. Ordered a valve gasket kit from them and was promised it would be here before the weekend hit. Never showed up until the next Monday. We even offered to pay extra money for EXPEDITED SHIPPING. was told that was not necessary as it would be there before Friday. Excuse was system supposedly crashed that took payments and the payment wasn't taken out until Wednesday. Bold face lie right there as my bank account showed it out of the account Tuesday morning. Was flooded with the generic "I'm sorries." I told the sales manager "Bryce" just to in the future don't promise people things when we were in a bind to get the parts. They wanted to make good with sending out a couple of things free of charge, ok cool. Thanks . Received 2 t shirts which my husband told them twice the sizes. They send a size M and XL in women's...mind you a women's t shirt is not going to fit my husband. So by this point the excuses flooded in that Dept has a tendency to be lazy, according to the lady that answered the phone. We have tried to contact Bryce all week with promises of him calling. Did the same today. Well guess what people, I'll most likely be returning the parts and taking our money elsewhere. These people are incompetent. I have never dealt with such a disorganized company. And no BRYCE this one won't be changed nor taken down this time. We're done.
