The core charge policy in place is setup to rip you off. No notice, no reminder - just $900 on my credit card after they said they were not received. My credit card was on file but my email & phoine number are not? The $900 they took was going to be a $250 refund if received within 30 days. Some bad policy and fuzzy math that appears to be one sided - because it is. The truck is still having the same issues after repair and the GMC repair facility states if is because of faulty reman parts
