I would like to give my 5 stars to customer service ( Omar Cueto ) On my way to Arizona when my 1999 Dodge Ram broke down in Redding California Saturday night , had towed to repair shop, wasn't sure what failed but had a good idea it was the injector pump. Was on line pricing injector pumps. A chat came up on Dieselogics , when chatting the person ask if they could call me for more information. I definitely said yes, would rather talk than chat not that fast on the keyboard. I was amazed they would talk on a Sunday. After talking to Omar he gave me a price and overnight shipping cost. He gave me a number that I could text or call him with anymore questions. If it was the injector pump ( not knowing yet until shop diagnosed my truck ) I needed to let him know by 11:30 Pacific time but he told me if was a little later that would probably okay because he would have someone get it UPS so I would have it next day which I didn't expect. I could write more because we talked and texted about five times. I want people to know this was exceptional service and they have my business when I need parts for my truck. I hope this review will help future customers to try and buy from Dieselogics.
