Just plain horrible. High school atmosphere. Joke "supervisors". And the front office backs them 110%. Uncomfortable to talk to, and very awkward. Always say they are looking out for your best interest but fail to do so. Lets just say you won't see this place in "top places to work"... Ever... Also, no place for blacks to work.
I was there for "3 weeks" (according to the manager) and worked a total of 6 days. The first two days, I went around in circles with the "trainer" explaining everything as if it was all going to be processed in long-term memory. Then I worked Monday through Friday. The last week I was there (Mon-Thurs this week), we were off for updates Monday and Tuesday, I was hospitalized on Tuesday, recovered Wednesday, and was told not to return this morning (after already being there). Some of the "management" here is so busy putting on a facade of being happy with themselves that they do not even know who they are. Let alone have the capacity to manage an area/business. I wish them the best. But, not many of the people I met there even like it. They do it because it is a paycheck to survive.
I call to speak to HR and the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional
Story has it they give out $50 Kohl gift cards to retirees that work for them for 35years, 10 hr days. Take care of the people that take care of you. What a shame, think about it and do the right thing Bescast!
