Poor communication, poor business practices.

I sent them the vin# and all necessary info. They sent me the wrong turbo. I was told that the part# was correct and that a replacement would be identical. They held my money for over a month. I shipped back at my own expense and was finally credited less restocking fee. There are plenty of other diesel outfits out there so I will use someone else in the future.
