Dickinson Jewelers is a family owned and operated business that cares about their customers and their community. They listen to their customers and do their best to fulfill their requests. I have never been pressured to " Buy Up "... I've been doing business with Dickinson for more years than I care to count. Claude says he remembers my Mom and I coming in just as they had opened and that we were one of their first customers.

It's obviously been a good relationship for all of us. Dickinson's is one of my favorite places to go. Between the stellar service and the incredible jewelry, I always feel happier when I've visited Dickinson's!

I have been to a lot of jewelry stores and I have never had such a great experience as I did here. Usually they want to get you in and out but never try to help you that much but Allison showed me everything so I could find the perfect gifts. I will not go anywhere but Dickinsons for now on. When entering Dickinson Jewelry Store I was greeted by a very knowledgeable salesperson . I explained to her what I was looking for and what my price range was. Within afew minutes she was able to provide me with exactly what I was looking at a lesser price . I would recommend Dickinson to anyone looking for quality products at a fair price .

Very friendly staff. The associate I had the pleasure of assisting me was Allison. She knew all about the jewelry on display. She shared with me the various payment options and even explained the wish list program Dickinson s offers. Overall all it was a pleasurable experience and the jewelry is exquisite. I will return to purchase more items in the near future.

Sherrie was so helpful in helping with sizing my mother s rings and restringing old pearls. Cost was very reasonable and can t wait until they are ready to pick up.

Went to the Dunkirk shop today to browse and shop for a birthday gift for my grandaughter. I was greeted warmly and helped promptly. The sales associate was attentive but not actively hovering. She had several choices ready for me to look at after I had a chance to explore and ask some questions about the beautiful pieces in the shop. Loved looking at all of the jewelry and made a purchase I am very happy with! Plan to go back soon!

Can you say "excellent and outstanding customer service?" You'll find Stephanie Johnson's name in the dictionary under "perfect"!! The entire staff at Dickinson Jewelers (Dunkirk) was so friendly and helpful. An abundance of hugs and stories were exchanged. You'd think I was their only customer. I had my mother's wedding rings reset into a more modern setting. It was an exhausting, but rewarding, ordeal to do justice to my mom's rings, but with Stephanie's help, we came up with an outstandingly gorgeous end product. I couldn't be more proud of my new ring. It's light and airy looking and full of shine and sparkle. Simply said, it's exquisite and I'm totally, 100% pleased. Stephanie made sure, every step of the way, that I had all the options available. Knowing what I now know about Dickinson Jewelers, and Stephanie (and Logan and Dottie and others who work there), I would never go anywhere else. I have been a customer of Dickinson's for 20+ years. I tell all my friends to only go there for quality jewelry and unique pieces. There has never been a time that I haven't been completely satisfied with all my purchases. I have had many custom made pieces that have created beyond my expectations. This last piece was, by far, the most beautiful ring I have ever purchased. The best part is, I know that no one else will have anything like it. I look forward to many more visits. Claude is the best and is always patient when I'm trying to make a decision. The staff is always very helpful.

My husband and I went in looking for a birthday gift for myself and were helped by Cassidy. She was extremely patient, polite, and helpful as we tried on different things and looked around. She never made us feel rushed or that we were being a bother. She was very helpful and we walked out with a ring and a set of earrings (paid for of course). I would say it was a productive day!!

Dickinson's replaced a stone in my engagement ring, and retipped the setting. It looks absolutely beautiful. They did a great job for a good price.

I purchased a new wedding set recently and couldn t be more pleased with the service I received at Dickinson Jewelers. Sue (the sales associate) was fantastic! I had to have the rings sized down after purchasing on Tuesday and she told me I could pick them up on that Saturday which I was a tad disappointed. She told me she would do everything in her power to try and get them back to me quicker but couldn t make any promises. Well 24 hours later the rings were on my hand! What a wonderful surprise!!!! I ve always received excellent service from Dickinson in the past and they didn t disappoint me this time either!!
