I was at the Toyota dealership for the second service to my RAV4. I could go there without a previous appointment and the assistance I received by the people there was quick and of great quality. A good experience that motivates certainly to consider the Japanese make for the choice of a good car in a friendly environment.

The low tire indicator light came on so I made sure I was at the service dept Very early on my way to work. As always the staff there was friendly and always so helpful. That's why I buy my cars from Toyota!

Had to get a few parts for my Wife's Highlander. Joel and the parts staff are fantastic. I've dealt with them many times. The parking is the issue and lack of a sign out front. I drove around the service and sales buildings and parked in front of sales. There is a small sign inside directing you to parts. You actually have to park in the service line.

Please check your cars before leaving this place. Missing and broken parts, and when ask for an explanation don t want to be held responsible.

I used Poe's express service for routine maintenance on my Avalon. First time for me to do this rather than going through my long time advisor Joe Viliabos who retired. Quick trip and excellent work.

Took my 2017 Rav4 Hybrid in for a scheduled oil change and other scheduled work. The work was completed in just under 20 minutes, which surprised me that it was done so efficiently and quickly. The technician explained what was done and i was out of there earlier than i thought. Would recommend scheduling appointments instead of walking in. Kudos to the service department staff.

We've been repeat customers of Dick Poe Toyota over the past 4 years, buying 2 cars and using the service center. Since the beginning of the remodel and changing of the guard with death of the previous owner, we have watched the service spiral down.

Now they roll their eyes in the service center when we come in for an oil change. This is of course after they find out we have Toyota Care and will not be paying. There is no attention to detail either. I waited 3 hours for an oil change and state safety inspection only to find out they never did the safety inspection.

Unfortunately we are going to have to buy our next Toyota from another seller. The new show room is nice but the service is cold and faceless.

They had rear windshield wiper inserts for our RAV4 in stock. One of the folks in service even snapped them in. Friendly, and fast. I'd called ahead (as Las Cruces did not have them), and they had them up at the counter waiting. Busy place, but still customer centric. 5 stars.

(Good)--Salesman Luis Valdez assisted me with 2018 Toyota Tacoma to test drive, really liked the truck, but the payment was too high and couldn t work a deal out.
The next day, I went back with little anticipation of purchasing the 2018. But while talking with the sales manager Beto he showed me a 2020 Tacoma pretty much identical to the 2018, then I waited patiently and finally, I was able to purchase the 2020 Tacoma. I personally thank everyone for working with me for the best deal possible.

(Bad)--The transaction also included tinting front windows; this is where my experience went from good to bad. After receiving the truck back from window tinting, my keys were gone-stolen. Love my new truck but would never recommend leaving your personal items inside.

(Ugly)--It is extremely disappointing for customers that cannot trust the dealer and their outside vendors from dishonest people-thieves. For this reason alone 5 star rating is impossible..!!

Daniel helped out our poor Toyota Sienna that had gone through hell to get to the dealership! He noticed we had a recall we were unaware of and fixed it up along with the issue with our van. They even gave our van a wonderful wash because it was caked in mud. Super nice place and saved our road trip!

Howdy!!!! Terrible customer service!!! Sales manager was extremely condescending and passive aggressive!!! He said that he would buy me lunch if I showed him the deal I was offered by his competitor because there was no way I could get "that deal." Lol I did, so you can keep your $50 because it's apparent you and the dealership lacks integrity.

Edit. I got a call from from a representative at Poe Toyota asking me if I'm still interested in a truck. I told them no and told them what had happened. The sales manager Mosies told me that he will buy me lunch or give me $50 if I showed him my contract from his from his competitor because there was no way I can get that deal. That's shady business.I will never purchase a vehicle from you. So please don't call me. Oh, and there was no miscommunication, your sales manager did not value my time or my business.

Deceptive selling practices and horrible service after the sale. I left a message with the general manager to try and rectify the situation and never got a call back from him. Good luck getting customer service unless you are about to fork over money. Would not recommend. They have my info. If they really want to rectify the situation, they can call ME back. I m still waiting.

I went to Poe prepared for a price battle. I told the sales associate, Jesus what I wanted to pay for the 2020 Highlander. Jesus relayed to the Sales Manager, Moises and we had a deal. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Jorge the Finance guy was quick and helpful. Everyone was friendly and professional. This is our third Toyota from Poe and we will definitely be back.

If you ve ever disembarked from a long plane ride to an airport in a developing country, and were immediately accosted by taxi drivers and shady touts aggressively trying to separate you from your money before you have even acclimated to your new surroundings, and you enjoyed that experience, you ll like this place as well. I had an appointment at 1:00 and arrived early. It is now 2:30 and my car has not moved. It is in the front of the line and has not moved at all. This should have been a 20 minute service. Asked to get my keys back and was given my keys. Nobody to help me in the dealership. Was not offered a discount or compensation for the waste of time... Not that I want any, but I was mostly upset at the waste of time in my day. I'm led to believe that most of the reviews on here are fake or sponsored or by employees. If I make an appointment with a professional orginization, I expect to be seen at the time, especially if I have an appointment scheduled far beforehand.

All the service techs were playing on their phones walking around the cars, and not doing their jobs. I made my appt after lunch so they would have good energy and be ready to work. I almost didn't want to believe my eyes... Tons of guys outside just standing there.

Inside, no amenities.

If you value your time, please do not take your car here. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Poe Toyota, this is the 3rd time this has happened. I gave mroe chances and was patient. Inside at the payment desk, I also saw people standing there for 30+ minutes in line not moving at all. One gentleman was inquiring about a senior/veteran discount, and the advisor was giving him trouble saying he woukd have to change a rate and the best deal woukd have been the regular rate. Please service your clients properly. I cannot state how dissatisfied I am with the waste of time and lack of service.

I was able to purchase my new vehicle with the help of Abraham Gay. He was knowledgeable, patient and quick to responding to me as this deal was done from different states. When I finally made it to the dealership, everything was ready for me. I applaud all departments and persons that were involved in my deal! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Would definitely recommend anybody looking for a new vehicle to ask for Jesus Soria. He did everything he could to find my moms dream truck (which let me tell you, was difficult).
