When things are not going right left to the customer to sort out, appalling

I have now booked a number of holidays with this company including Lanzerote, Valencia, Budapest, Copenhagen and Rome.

The team go above and beyond offering suggestions on what to do in the local area and even booking first class lounges for special occasions. To make things all that much sweeter this personal service is accompanied with affordable travel. Fantastic in every aspect.

I paid a fee to be a Not Just Travel 'partner'. When my first potential customer tried to book flights via my special link they weren't available. When he contacted Not Just Travel directly they suddenly found him the flights. I missed out on commission. The company refuses to respond when I ask how this happened. DO NOT USE! (Gave 1 star as no option to give ZERO)

BOOKED ONCE WILL NEVER USE THESE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND PEOPLE LOOKING ELSEWHERE NOT TO USE NOT JUST TRAVEL.

I book a family holiday with not just travel
I couldn't go due to visa reasons to which I queried before booking and the agent said it would be ok.
This was a booking for six people when I queried could I get a refund I was told no I asked for an exchange I was told no I ask for a change of name again told no.

Quick enough taking money but no help in difficulties
