Absolutely the best experience I ve ever had buying a new vehicle. Mr. Johnny did everything in his power to make this buying experience as easy as it could be for me. He answered every question as throughly as possibly and if he wasn t 100% sure of the answer he made sure to get with his team and find me an answer. Quickly answered all my questions in a open dialect. The vehicle was not on our local lot, but upon learning we were wanting this particular vehicle they had someone drive the vehicle brought to us to be looked at and drove. The paperwork and financial stuff was painless and seamless. Patrick made what is normally a process that brings me great anxiety a wonderful process. Definitely recommend going to see Patrick or any of the reps. I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

I had to bring my car in twice. The first time, the mechanic guessed it was a battery in my key fob when it was actually the brake switch. My car ran fine for a week and then started the same thing again. The first day I took it in, the part had to be ordered. I was told someone would call me and let me know the part was in. The next morning, I had to call. I made an appointment to bring my car in on my lunch break, and told the receptionist that. I arrived two minutes before my appointment. I waited 35 minutes into my hour lunch break before asking when they would pull my car to the back. At that time, I was told the technician working on my vehicle was on lunch break and was expected back any minute. I didn't have time to wait, so I was asked if I would like to bring my vehicle back on another day. This would now be the third lunch break in a week that I had to use at Massey's. The receptionist could tell I wasn't happy, so at that time she arranged for someone to pick my vehicle up at my job. The experience would have been a lot better if they had offered this the first time. They were still an hour late picking up my vehicle the next day, but it didn't inconvenience me because I was at work all day, however the inconsistencies still existed. It was not a good customer service experience. Also, while I was sitting there waiting for my vehicle to be serviced a salesman came out and spoke to another family sitting right beside me and told them if they decided to trade in their vehicle, he was available. He may have had his reasons for asking them, but he never asked me and I am actually considering trading my vehicle but after this experience it wont be at Massey's.

Fiinally! A local automotive service center that exceeds all expectations. Massey is a full service, personable, reliable and HONEST place to have your car serviced. They go out of their way to make sure that you know what you need, what it will cost and how you can save. I would highly recommend Chris and his team of pro's. Hard to find, but easy to deal with.

They sold me a truck with locking lugs. I was told they were suppose to take them off before they sold it. I went to see about it they told me they would order the part to do it and they would call me. A month has went by still no call. So when I called they told me to bring the truck on a Friday that they had the part then got a call back that there was no technician in so it would be Monday morning I ve been sitting up here for 2 hours

These guys were great. My wife and I were on road trip when my truck broke down. We limped to the dealer, arriving 10 minutes before closing. They worked 45 minutes late to fix my truck and get us back on the road. They were very nice and considerate, all around great people. If their sales department is anything like their service, I will be making the two hour drive to buy my next vehicle.

On our way home to north Alabama last week, we were almost to the interstate when our pickup truck s water pump failed. While waiting on roadside assistance, we called Massey Chrysler Dodge at 3:30pm on Friday. I spoke with Amber. After checking, she said they could work on the truck & we would be allowed to leave our travel trailer locked up overnight. They even stayed late to wait for us to arrive with the tow truck. The pickup was repaired on Saturday.The staff assisted us in getting the trailer hooked up & had said they would assist us in getting from the hotel to the dealership, if needed. (The hotel staff enabled us to get to the dealership.) Everyone was very courteous & professional. We particularly appreciated their help in getting us (& our dog) back on the road as quickly as possible.

All I wanted was an oil change. I sat for two hours and watched several people come in and leave within 20-30 minutes of arrival. I finally had to ask for my car, it had been done for a while and no one told me. But I did get a free wash and detail for next time. But I would have to leave the car.

Some of the friendliest staff I have ever met! A friend and I were headed home from the beach when we started having engine trouble. We got towed to the dealership and they had us in and out in 30 minutes. As two young college girls, car trouble is very scary when you re alone in an unknown area. However, the people at this dealership made sure we were safe and good to go. Shoutout to Mike with the service dept. for helping us out and being so kind. The most professional team I've ever worked with, not really work on my part, all I did was tell Jessica and Brad what I needed they did the rest. I must say the easiest truck trade in my life, and believe me at 62yrs young I have had plenty .Then the icing on the cake Brad Booth delivered my 2021 ram 2500 diesel to my job nearly 40 miles away. I didn't even have to stop working to pick up my truck. Let me tell you he is the most knowledgeable man I've ever met on diesel motors. My sales experience was amazing! Unfortunately the service after the sale has been awful. I purchased an extended warranty with my vehicle and had to bring the car back in for a service issue 4 months after purchase. The first problem came when it took over two weeks, and multiple calls on my part, to get service scheduled. Then comes the issue of the loaner vehicle. Dirty is an understatement. There is food wrappers, old mail, medical supplies, at least 3 cups of dirt and (the worst) an open condom wrapper!! The driver who dropped it off even commented about how dirty it was when he dropped it off so they were well aware! Finally, after having my car since last week (today is day 6) and having received no updates, I called to be told there is no issue....there clearly is an issue. So I just asked thst my vehicle be returned. This is so unacceptable and I hope that someone with an interest will see this and take care of the issues!!

So, I found a car that I loved.. got the approval from the bank, drove two hours to get the vehicle, the manager was rude, very pressuring and pushy. We ended up not getting the vehicle. Talked to the person that was helping me and had been from the beginning, came to an agreement..was planning on driving back up there 30 mins prior to leaving they sold the car from underneath me, knowing I was coming straight there, leaving work early to make it work. I wouldn't deal with these people ever AGAIN!

Walt Massey was quick and professional. We were able to get a deal done via phone in less than 5 hrs after contacting them about the vehicle which included the 1 & 1/2 hour drive time to deliver the car to my house. I would definitely recommend them.

I had just recently moved to the area and this was the only place I could take my car I had a warranty on a part from another Nissan dealer and they said they would not take it unless I paid the $69 to let them look it them selfs. The Nissan dealer I dealt with and Central Florida doesn't even charge to look at your vehicle.This place is outrageous and very upsetting that they wouldn't even look at my car I still do not have heat in my car because of it and now my warranty on the part and the warranty on my car is out of date needless to say I'm in the cold weather with no heat or defrost they don't care.

After looking at 3 other dealerships that tried to give us terrible deals,, my friend referred us to Walt Massey. Going there was the absolute best decision ever. Cody and Kim were amazing. The guys were friendly and tried to do a good job. The problem with my truck was not fixed but I think it was more than they were trained to handle. I carried it to a transmission mechanic he said it is either a bad u joint or torque converter. Hopefully he is fixing it now. I had hoped your guys had fixed it, it cost over 300 dollars but it did not happen.

POOR SHOP SERVICE. WE had a TRANSMISSION replaced under Chrysler Warranty. ALL related fluids were NOT CHECKED and NOT TOPPED OFF.

Outstanding purchase experience! Found what we wanted online and one phone call to Johnny Duggan and we were on our way to pickup a new Trailhawk. We worked with the Jeep dealers in Pensacola and FWB, and were less than impressed. DO NOT SHORT YOURSELF AND AT LEAST CALL JOHNNY.
