We've been repeat customers of Dick Poe Toyota over the past 4 years, buying 2 cars and using the service center. Since the beginning of the remodel and changing of the guard with death of the previous owner, we have watched the service spiral down.

Now they roll their eyes in the service center when we come in for an oil change. This is of course after they find out we have Toyota Care and will not be paying. There is no attention to detail either. I waited 3 hours for an oil change and state safety inspection only to find out they never did the safety inspection.

Unfortunately we are going to have to buy our next Toyota from another seller. The new show room is nice but the service is cold and faceless.
