I had an appointment at 1:00 and arrived early. It is now 2:30 and my car has not moved. It is in the front of the line and has not moved at all. This should have been a 20 minute service. Asked to get my keys back and was given my keys. Nobody to help me in the dealership. Was not offered a discount or compensation for the waste of time... Not that I want any, but I was mostly upset at the waste of time in my day. I'm led to believe that most of the reviews on here are fake or sponsored or by employees. If I make an appointment with a professional orginization, I expect to be seen at the time, especially if I have an appointment scheduled far beforehand.

All the service techs were playing on their phones walking around the cars, and not doing their jobs. I made my appt after lunch so they would have good energy and be ready to work. I almost didn't want to believe my eyes... Tons of guys outside just standing there.

Inside, no amenities.

If you value your time, please do not take your car here. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Poe Toyota, this is the 3rd time this has happened. I gave mroe chances and was patient. Inside at the payment desk, I also saw people standing there for 30+ minutes in line not moving at all. One gentleman was inquiring about a senior/veteran discount, and the advisor was giving him trouble saying he woukd have to change a rate and the best deal woukd have been the regular rate. Please service your clients properly. I cannot state how dissatisfied I am with the waste of time and lack of service.
