I bought my car here and was pleased with the sale...
I bought my car here and was pleased with the sale so I have been coming back for service for many years. In the past they gave it 5 stars but I'm dropping my rating after my most recent service call. Service on my car still seems to be excellent but the customer service staff has declined in quality. When I arrived, three service guys were sitting around chatting but told me I had to go somewhere else in order to get my car serviced because it wasn't a big enough job. When I arrived at the immediate service, the person who helped me didn't give me a name , didn't give me a copy of the ticket, told me to have a seat and somebody be right with me about a ride, I then waited almost 25 minutes for the ride.
my afternoon ride was scheduled for 4:30 but the gal rather casually told me it wouldn't be until 5 when they actually pick me up. well I didn't mind that so much, I would have liked a more honest scheduling up front as I arranged my day to be available at 4:30.
In the afternoon when I arrived to get my car, they couldn't find the ticket and it turned out the individual had put it under somebody else's name and phone number. I had to wait substantial length of time while they try to figure out where they lost my car. Mind you they had the bill for me and knew exactly how much I owed them. All in all, if the quality of customer service continues like it did this time, I will be downgrading my rating again and finding a different place to do my service.
