Nice new building, horrible service.
I tried calling the service department and was never able to after several (7-8) calls.
Come on, several unaswered calls early in the morning? No one available? There must be a coffee break before 8:30 am that no one can answer the phone. As a first time Toyota owner I guess I am now forced to go to the competition.

Our salesman Paul Tarango was very professional and got me and my wife a deal on a gorgeous SUV.

The Service Dept personnel were outstanding, from start to finish!
My service advisor, Jesus Licerio, was friendly and informative. He took time to explain the services being done to my 2016 Camry.

At the time of pick up, great service attentive and very courteous. After that disaster!!! Communication between one another - HORRIBLE!!! I was told don t worry about it I will look it up and we, Toyota, will take care of it, WRONG!! When you are ready we will send someone to pick up - FAIL!! I had to walk back! I get there and more of a disaster no way to make it right!! We spend higher prices because of the service and the quality of car. FORTUNATELY CANT GO WRONG WITH THE QUALITY OF THE VEHICLE. Completely dissatisfied with the service provided at Poe Toyota. Avoid at any cost!

This dealership was recommended to me for getting my car serviced. I took it in on Monday and they found the issue, ordered the part and asked me to bring it back on Thursday. The whole team was very courteous and helpful, all the way from the service manager to the custodian. I was made to feel like a valued customer even though this was my first time there. When it came time to pay the bill I was surprised because the total came to a lower amount then I had been quoted. I will definitely be return to this dealership for service and my next car in a few years.

Service is always horrible here! Trying to get a hold of your case manager in service is impossible until they want to call you. They end up just calling me from their own cell phone and this is when they feel like it.

Very unprofessional! My mom had her vehicle almost a month and was told she was approved. Later on the salesman calls her to return the vehicle because they lost some paperwork of hers. Cannot believe we had to go through this! Will never recommend to anyone.

However, the great customer service at Poe Toyota managed to get each of them to leave the dealership with a new car. Our salesman, Brian Martinez, was extremely helpful and had vast knowledge about every car's features and specs. Not only is he knowledgeable on the products he sells, but he was also extremely dedicated to communicating that knowledge to us. Need to ask about pricing at 9AM on New Year's day? Brought my daughter to get her first Toyota. She got the CH-R. Smooth process, did not feel pressured into getting something she did not want or pressured to get extra warranty. We told them what we wanted as a monthly payment and they worked with us. I've bought mine here too almost 10 years ago. Definitely recommend this place.

I bought my car here and was pleased with the sale so I have been coming back for service for many years. In the past they gave it 5 stars but I'm dropping my rating after my most recent service call. Service on my car still seems to be excellent but the customer service staff has declined in quality. When I arrived, three service guys were sitting around chatting but told me I had to go somewhere else in order to get my car serviced because it wasn't a big enough job. When I arrived at the immediate service, the person who helped me didn't give me a name , didn't give me a copy of the ticket, told me to have a seat and somebody be right with me about a ride, I then waited almost 25 minutes for the ride.
my afternoon ride was scheduled for 4:30 but the gal rather casually told me it wouldn't be until 5 when they actually pick me up. well I didn't mind that so much, I would have liked a more honest scheduling up front as I arranged my day to be available at 4:30.
In the afternoon when I arrived to get my car, they couldn't find the ticket and it turned out the individual had put it under somebody else's name and phone number. I had to wait substantial length of time while they try to figure out where they lost my car. Mind you they had the bill for me and knew exactly how much I owed them. All in all, if the quality of customer service continues like it did this time, I will be downgrading my rating again and finding a different place to do my service.

Bought another camry from Poe Toyota and once again very impressed with the quality of the product Toyota offers. Have to say this experience was not as good as the last one we had at Poe Toyota as the salesperson and management haggled over the price. To an experienced and educated buyer haggling is very untasteful and takes away from an otherwise positive experience. The Las Cruces dealership had better prices then Poe but we decided to give Poe the opportunity to keep our business locally. After some back and forth on the price they finally gave us a better deal then cruces. Would have given them a better rating if it wasn't for the price haggling, low balling on our trade in, and the girl at the front counter having a lousy attitude and very unhelpful. Other than that the sale person and finance person did a great job in getting us into our new camry very quickly.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. I called with questions and Moses invited me to come in even though they were only 1 hour from closing time. The whole process only took an hour and I have never been more satisfied with a car buying process! I am a client for life!

I just purchased a 2015 Honda Crosstour there. My salesman Andrew was superb. I am from out of town and I was very lucky to get him as a salesperson. He made the process very easy and guided me well when things came up that needed to be solved, even after I picked up the car. He always answered me by text, and was so helpful and extremely nice! He even answered me when he was on vacation! For everything that I asked of him, he always went above and beyond his scope. I recommend him very highly! I went in to buy a small interior part for my car. The service was great and the guy behind the counter was helpful but a little clueless. It took him a long time to find the part and order it. He got my phone number and said he would call. A week later and no call. So I called and they said had no record of my number or part waiting for me.
So much wasted time.
