I went in to buy a small interior part for my car. The service was great and the guy behind the counter was helpful but a little clueless. It took him a long time to find the part and order it. He got my phone number and said he would call. A week later and no call. So I called and they said had no record of my number or part waiting for me.
So much wasted time.
