Nice new building, horrible service.
I tried calling the service department and was never able to after several (7-8) calls.
Come on, several unaswered calls early in the morning? No one available? There must be a coffee break before 8:30 am that no one can answer the phone. As a first time Toyota owner I guess I am now forced to go to the competition.
