At the time of pick up, great service attentive and very courteous. After that disaster!!! Communication between one another - HORRIBLE!!! I was told don t worry about it I will look it up and we, Toyota, will take care of it, WRONG!! When you are ready we will send someone to pick up - FAIL!! I had to walk back! I get there and more of a disaster no way to make it right!! We spend higher prices because of the service and the quality of car. FORTUNATELY CANT GO WRONG WITH THE QUALITY OF THE VEHICLE. Completely dissatisfied with the service provided at Poe Toyota. Avoid at any cost!
