I have just returned from my holiday and could not wait to write this review.
The hotel appears to have abit of age. Facilities such as pool and spa were above average.
The main issue are the staff reluctant to assist as they seem to try and make every excuse under the sun, to try not too help.
As the hotel guest. Assuming you paid for your room you and only you are allowed no guest you meet in phuket can come in for a drink. So being single this is not ideal.
Given the circumstances the hotel did not offer a refund or was willing to make exceptions as they have alternative security mesures they could have implemented such as recieving new guests identification but zero care was given.
All on all i would not stay here again just given the ignornce of the staff as a paying guest i felt there was more they couldve done and chose the easy route of saying 'sorry hotel policy' recorderd about 15 replies of this sentemce in one comversation. This doesnt seem like the right way to handle customer service especially from a hotel managers position.
