Crappy customer service

All the other reviews about this place is absolutely correct. If I could give 0 stars to this company, I would. Horrible customer service. Tracking showed that my parcel was delivered but I had been at home the whole day and didn’t receive any parcel. When I tried to call the number that was listed as the one to call for immediate assistance, I reached their voicemail. Apparently, this company doesn’t even have a 24 hr customer service. I wonder what they meant by immediate assistance when there was no one to take the call. There is no formal email address listed as well. The only way to get through was to send a message through their website which God knows when they will reply to. This is not the first time I’m experiencing issues with this company. Previously, my parcel was stuck for weeks in their local Sg office. I had ordered the item from the UK and the parcel was moving fine all the way until it reached Singapore. Upon reaching our country, I have no idea why it took weeks to be delivered. Clearly, the worst shipping service. Learnt my lesson. From now on, never going to order from any companies that use this service.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered a package from Thailand a month ago and things seemed to be moving smoothly until arriving here. According to tracking its been sitting here for the past 3 weeks. Total waste of Money!

If I could give zero stars, I would. No customer support after we sent out parcels with their ecommerce packet service. It's almost as if they have a premium ecommerce packet plus so they can put the blame on the customer when customers find that their parcels are missing.

Why do you even bother providing a cheaper service if you are going to lose the parcel and not provide any assistance after you've taken our money?

The other reviews are absolutely right. For such a huge company, the lack of responsibility and customer service is appalling.

Disclaimer: I am a very loyal DHL user and this is a different entity compared to the usual DHL express. This service is tarnishing their reputation.
If you like your package to go missing for 1 month, have angry customers that will never come back to you and receive very little support here is the best place to go. Shipped a product to the US and it took more than a month to arrive. Upon calling their customer service was unable to answer for any problems and therefore angering our customers. Will never use it again. Ecommerce users beware.

Terrible service. Unable to contact any customer service. All the numbers listed online are not active. Have been expecting a parcel to arrive for more than 2 weeks. Now i have a very expensive parcel missing and DHL Ecommerce is not taking any responsibility.

I am very upset that DHL ecommerce is not DHL where I have had very good experience with.

I tried to contact DHL Germany and after a while they told me that they have no information about my parcel and suggested me to contact DHL in Singapore... Never use this company to send your parcel (I did it via AliExpress) and now I cannot get my paid parcel.

One of the worse delivery service ever. Ordered my item on August but was lost during the shipment process. I have contacted the seller to re ship the items again on but i did not received the 2nd parcel as well. Horrible experience and if you still want to receive your parcel, look for another company instead.

if i could give a -5 stars i would Sent a package with them from Australia to South africa on the 11th of July 2020 and still not deliverd - left messages on the site and noone gets back - dont use DHL E-Commerce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute garbage service. Note how there are 10 previous customers who also gave similar 1-star ratings. The CSO who I contacted only knew how to say he couldn t track the parcel . My parcel was estimated to be here on 12 Nov, and he said it should arrive latest by 1 Dec. Am I paying for a service for a 20 days delay? What s the point of working as a CSO if you can t assist the customer? As a CSO myself, i would ve never handled this situation like this. I wasted my time, energy and effort into that phone call and ended up more frustrated than before. Is there no budget at DHL for you guys to train your CSOs properly or is the operations/logistics department vacant? Is this how you guys treat your customers? Maybe take a course on Customer Experience and Operations Management please. I guess DHL really stands for Disappointing Hot Line.

I have shipped with other couriers such as UPS, Fedex, directlink, USPS, RoadBull etc and this is literally the worst courier service ever. No customer service support, they almost never offer claims on lost parcels and take zero responsibility.

Wow, where to begin. My entire experience with them is absolutely terrible. Very cold and useless Customer Support.

My shipment from Singapore to UK went completely missing. No tracking updates for 3 weeks and my customer has not received it.

First, I contacted the UK side of DHL eCommerce. They gave a default template response asking me to contact the shipper. (Even though I clearly stated that I am the shipper. They clearly can't be bothered to read my email. My subsequent replies to them were completely ignored.)

Next, contacted the Singapore side. They said since I paid for the cheaper service, there is nothing they can do. That's all. No way to search for the parcel. No recourse.

And the best part? They even ended the email by saying if I don't want my parcels to go missing, I should pay more for their "Plus service".

(I used to think SingPost was bad. But at least when my shipments go missing with SingPost, I can file a report with them and they will search for it even if it is not registered.)

Just avoid them. Go with SingPost if you're looking for the cheaper option, or FedEx/UPS if you want faster shipments.

Absolutely horrible. Shipped through their Packet Standard service and parcel went missing with no tracking updates after 2 weeks. Their customer service told me if I wanted better tracking, I should have paid more for their Packet Plus service.
