Crappy customer service

All the other reviews about this place is absolutely correct. If I could give 0 stars to this company, I would. Horrible customer service. Tracking showed that my parcel was delivered but I had been at home the whole day and didn’t receive any parcel. When I tried to call the number that was listed as the one to call for immediate assistance, I reached their voicemail. Apparently, this company doesn’t even have a 24 hr customer service. I wonder what they meant by immediate assistance when there was no one to take the call. There is no formal email address listed as well. The only way to get through was to send a message through their website which God knows when they will reply to. This is not the first time I’m experiencing issues with this company. Previously, my parcel was stuck for weeks in their local Sg office. I had ordered the item from the UK and the parcel was moving fine all the way until it reached Singapore. Upon reaching our country, I have no idea why it took weeks to be delivered. Clearly, the worst shipping service. Learnt my lesson. From now on, never going to order from any companies that use this service.
