Terrible service. Unable to contact any customer service. All the numbers listed online are not active. Have been expecting a parcel to arrive for more than 2 weeks. Now i have a very expensive parcel missing and DHL Ecommerce is not taking any responsibility.
I am very upset that DHL ecommerce is not DHL where I have had very good experience with.
Never ship with DHL eCommerce!
