Absolute garbage service. Note how there are 10 previous customers who also gave similar 1-star ratings. The CSO who I contacted only knew how to say he couldn t track the parcel . My parcel was estimated to be here on 12 Nov, and he said it should arrive latest by 1 Dec. Am I paying for a service for a 20 days delay? What s the point of working as a CSO if you can t assist the customer? As a CSO myself, i would ve never handled this situation like this. I wasted my time, energy and effort into that phone call and ended up more frustrated than before. Is there no budget at DHL for you guys to train your CSOs properly or is the operations/logistics department vacant? Is this how you guys treat your customers? Maybe take a course on Customer Experience and Operations Management please. I guess DHL really stands for Disappointing Hot Line.
