If I could give zero stars, I would. No customer support after we sent out parcels with their ecommerce packet service. It's almost as if they have a premium ecommerce packet plus so they can put the blame on the customer when customers find that their parcels are missing.

Why do you even bother providing a cheaper service if you are going to lose the parcel and not provide any assistance after you've taken our money?

The other reviews are absolutely right. For such a huge company, the lack of responsibility and customer service is appalling.
