Terrible company!! do not use! Their equipment is garbage! haven't even had them for a year, and the doorbell camera already stopped working! called, and they want to charge me $95 for someone to come out to fix it, plus have me pay for a new one. The camera that they sold me less than a year ago stopped working and doesn't want to connect to the internet anymore, yet i'm suppose to pay them for a new one, plus $95 for a tech to come fix it.

Larry was very professional and friendly. He explained everything about the system. And with his knowledge of the equipment. Made it easy to use.

Corey, our technician, was great. He was on time and patiently walked us through Everything we needed. He thoroughly explained the system and App. Corey made the entire experience stress free.

It was a smooth process. Answered all my questions. Great experience.

I m happy with the service provided by DFW Security. Further, I was appreciative of Harry Porter and his efficiency and explanation of my new system.

Just called to try to get a sensor fixed, after second try they solved the problem.

Larry and his team did an amazing job today. DFW s professionalism and knowledge is second to none. I know that my business is protected with DFW security! They spent a lot of time with me explaining how it all works. The app and touch keypad are a huge upgrade over our last system. Worth every penny!

DFW Security sent their tech, Harry Porter, to add an additional service I requested to my home. Harry called ahead and arrived early and was as professional and friendly as any service tech I've ever dealt with any home service. I highly recommend DFW Security and recommend that you ask for Harry whenever you need a tech from them.

Josh was the technician and he did an awesome job. He was very professional, personable, and very nice.

Started off great, but promised alot of stuff that was not compatible with my home. Then When I called to cancel they charged me for the few 3 out of 10 items that they did give me. $20 each and to $100 to come out and install. USE THEM ONLY IF YOUR HOUSR IS WIRED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!

Dustin was the best! He upgraded my system and walked me through the setup. Fantastic!

Trey was very polite, knowledgeable and best of all helpful during our installation. He helped clarify some of the requirements that were missing and informed us of steps we could take to make everything ready to go. What he was able to install he did quickly and it all looked great. We ll definitely be requesting him to return when we finish the the add ons!

Highly recommend DFW Security! Was paying entirely too much with ADT for an outdated, simple system with old equipment. I m paying way less now with DFW Security, but getting way more, including the awesome IQ smart security panel. Brodrick is awesome, and Dustin is the best, highly recommend both. Dustin knew everything, was super helpful and informative, and a really cool guy. Great job Brodrick, Dustin and the whole team at DFW Security.

We became customers at DFW thru our daughter because of their service. I can say that it is very true. They are committed to help and do all they can for their customers. We had much trouble trying to get our cameras to work how we needed and so I talked to Regi. He was of great assistance to us on every level and I have talked to him many times and even today. He assisted us again with great professionalism. He is a wonderful addition to your company and to our family with our security concerns. Thanks Regi!!!!!!

Makes empty promises to make a sale they will not keep. Once brought to their attention, they suddenly catch amnesia.

I have them for my home and business. Really good prices and service.

I had three cameras that were not working. I called to have someone come out. Michael arrived on time and started to work right away. He helped reset all three cameras, the panel and was able to reconnect it to the wi-fi and was able to do it in a short amount of time.

Michael was nice, funny and able to fix any problems that came up and answered all of my questions.

Larry was excellent & knows exactly what needs to be done !! Awesome & thank you so much !!

My husband called to inquire about DFW Security as he heard it advertised on the radio often. From the phone call to the technician who installed all the cameras, this company is truly amazing. Jerrod was the gentleman who did our installation and he was great. From arriving on time to answering our questions, he had great customer service skills. The quality of the cameras are so clear and capture just what we need for security. Thank you DFW Security for great customer service and great equipment. Customer service goes a long way with us and we will highly recommend you to everyone we know.

Poor service, Poor Quality, Cameras are always offline. Door bell camera never works. beware and do not sign a contract with them. Exterior camera only pick up bugs it records. I always have to call them for my cameras being offline.

These guys are great! They have gone above and beyond with our security system, both for my business AND my home. Great customer service!

Just finished up the alarm install with DFW Security. Trey provided excellent service and explained everything perfectly.

Larry R was very informative and helpful with our installation. He was also very efficient in his install.

The service was good. However, when you cancel your service due to selling your home, or for any other reason, they make it very difficult on the account holder. If you sign a two year agreement, you will have to pay it in full regardless of your circumstance. That is somewhat understandable. But, they also make you draft a written letter to them and mail it in order to fully cancel the service or they will re-up your contract.

Larry went above and beyond to make sure an issue with our sensor was fixed quickly!

I have DFW Security at my place of business from previous owners and this company is AMAZING!!!! They explained everything about their services upfront if you listen to them and they got me set up very easily. Then I added them for my apartment on site and they gave me great price and deal on 3 year contract with extended warranty if something ever goes wrong they come out and do not charge me. Very friendly people on phone from Randy to Jennifer and everyone else I have ever talked to. Plus the technician who has installed office also installed my apartment set up and he is amazing. If you need or want security THESE ARE THE ONES!!!!!

Larry Rochford was the uninstall technician that removed my equipment and he was extremely professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to ensure i was happy with everything before he left. I recommend using Larry for any jobs you may have with DFW Security

I've do not waste time writing public reviews. Anyone who glimpses this commentary on DFW Security: Hire them. They exists for people like me and you,
My home is steel and glass.
Actually ONLY glass. Steel holds the glass.
There are no "solid walls".
From the completion of the house, the Telephone, Wireless, Internet, Television and Security providers designated it an absurd $7M "glass sculpture" beyond the realm of wiring. Everyone, EXCEPT DFW Security. DFW is creative. Their perseverance delivered a brilliant panacea of cameras, locks, motion, fire, building and site and surveillance.
Their knowledge is extraordinarily. Their cleverness is a simple genius of "Never saying no".
My prognosis to write this note is the conviction that thousands suffer the same ghastly unbelievable horrors as myself. They have believed the lies and suffered incompetent field employees damaging more than they've solved.

Harry was absolutely the most professional, informative guy ive met! After initially being upset at some miscommunication between us and the sales rep, he went over everything about our new security system and it's features. Definitely chose to remain a customer based on Harry's personality and professionalism. Thank you!

Installation was quick and hassle free no issues Larry was on time,respectful and very kind.He answered all of our questions with no problem.Installation was the best we are looking forward for the service,hopefully it won t disappoint.

This service is not worth it! Buy the same product online and you will pay one time! The online product is just as good and they won't make you sign a 3 year contract!! Management is completely incompetent!

The tech who installed my system showed up right on time. He was efficient, courteous and was knowledgeable of the system. He made sure I completely understood all the system functionality both on the keypad and on my cell before he left.

I was extremely skeptical about DFW Security after dealing with the salesperson and the office staff, but I had been advised to sign up. The technician they sent for the installation (Larry) listened patiently to my concerns and explained the difference of a wireless system versus a traditional wired in . Larry was industrious, cleaned up behind himself, and explained how the key pads worked. This is an example of how one great employee can represent the best of a company to a customer.

Sales Team and Techs are great to work with. Everyone is extremely friendly. The 2-gig system is the best on the market and the price can't be beat! Thanks DFW Security for protecting my family!

Appreciate Larry being punctual and working around while our youngest following him around. We have seen Larry twice, original install date and replace previously installed items. He has cordial and upfront with us when it came what to expect. DFW Security has been working with us as we changed companies and the timing and execution has been great.

Very bad company . very predatory. The tell you on the phone that contracts are not there and sell you monitoring on paper with 3 year contracts. It is a big scam company. Big time cheaters. Please dont fall prey to this company. Big time scammers.

Awesome installer and customer service. 4 Stars only because it takes 2 min to receive camera notifications and after calling customer service was told that was the quickest avaliable no matter the setting. I ve read online other cameras have faster notification speed but if I m wrong 5 stars for DFW Security!

The level of expertise and professional was amazing! Jeremy didn t try to over sell any cameras to me, we figured out what I needed, explained everything in detail for me, and answered any questions I had. He was friendly from the moment he stepped into my home and didn t pressure me purchase anything, said to take my time and think about it. I liked that! I ve never liked pushy sales people and Jeremy definitely wasn t a pushy sales person! Justin had the equipment installed and running in less than three hours. He took the time to be sure he knew exactly HOW I wanted to cameras, was polite and very patient working around my house full of people and animals! After he installed, he showed me how to work the system, didn t rush through it and answered any questions. If you re looking for a home security system, this is definitely the company you want!

Hugo the installer did a great job! Very professional and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood everything before he left. I would recommend DFWSecurity and Hugo the installer to anyone looking for a security system.

I just had Dustin (Tech) and Michael (Tech Manager) come out to my house to insure the system was installed properly and that everything was up and running. They both spent 1.5 hours going through everything in detail and in specifics. I now feel confident about my security system and the safety of my family. After their in depth tutorial, I feel as though I can operate and manage the system in its entirety. Thanks again to Dustin for all of his hard work and time. I m glad I went with DFW Security as my system of choice!
