The tech who installed everything was AWESOME! Highly recommend DFW security!

The tech arrived when he said he would, he helped me with where camera placement would work best, his work was clean and thorough. All around a great install, now just to learn a little more about the app. Great service so far though!

Professional installation. The technician even indulged my 8 year old son that asked him a million questions and ended up as his helper. He explained everything and gave me a demo. Extremely happy.

Omar Motolinia arrived promptly and upgraded my security system as requested. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the system before he left.

Brodrick Francis was my install tech. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and showed up on time. He made sure the system was completely up and running before leaving. He was made sure the wires were completely hidden and out of sight. I strongly recommend using Brodrick for any job you have and use DFW security

Easy set and great service. Walk thru and set up was very professional and informative. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had nothing but trouble with this company since it was installed. It s never truly worked. Doesn t send me the text messages it s supposed to and I m moving and they won t let me out of my contract and wants to charge me over $1000 payoff. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not get under contract with them biggest fraud ever.

Have been a customer for about 4 months now and had a camera go offline and the DFWSecurity tech showed up promptly and replaced the camera. I recommend these guys to anyone looking for a monitored security solution.

Dfw security is an amazing company. I have been having issues lately and they replaced a camera and today Reggie from the support team was able to help pin point why there were so many notifications and also reduce it to the push ones only as well as review our system and he found another issue that he was able to resolve. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a 24/7 monitored solution protecting your home.

2/11/2021 I have been having issues with my cameras reporting so I was able to work with Dustin who figured it out and left a camera for me to test with while I was trying to get this sorted out. I kept having issues with one of the cameras and Jennifer helped me get this corrected. DFW Security makes it right!

From the minute I got on the phone with Joey I knew that I was talking to the right company. He answered my many questions and I felt like he was genuinely trying to help me not sell me. Then on installation day, we met Israel. He came out explained the process, did a clean install, showed us the many features, and made sure we understood 100% how to utilize our system. I cannot tell you how really happy my wife and I are with this. Security should be at the top of every families priority list and so should DFW Security! We will be referring everyone we know! Thank you all!

Just had our system installed today, wow, totally impressed with their customer service quality. Big time TLC. Our installer was Michael. Later in the day the supervisor came by to check on things. They got everything in, cameras, quite a bit of new wiring, lots of peripherals, etc. The he took a good amount of time training me. I m very happy with the results and highly recommend them. PS - the home automation is really great!

My experience with salesperson Collin and installation/setup person Corey was top notch. I received very personalized service for what my family needs. Also they listened to me which seems hard to come by these days.

I just had DFW Security install a new home security system in my home. The technician they sent was Hugo and he did a fantastic job. He was very thorough knowledgeable. Most importantly, he took extra time to explain the system and make sure we understood how to use it and how to make configuration changes as required.

I would highly recommend both DFW Security and Hugo for home Security service and installation.

Exvellent service on the technician side. Don't like being lied to on the customer service side of the company. Told alot of things that weren't true when the technician arrived and his Supervisor was no help.

Mike was amazing. He came to our house today. He felt like a friend coming over and fixing something but had time to answer every question thoroughly even if it wasn't about the security system. He was great and friendly with the kids and the dogs. He made us feel very important and in good hands. He took the time to explain everything and how it works. And made us feel like no question was a dumb question and he was no in rush. I would highly recommend DFW SECURITY. If you get Mike as your installment person your very lucky.

Just got my barbershop/salon security system done today by DFW Security. The tech name Larry was very respectful throughout the service, even wearing his mask the entire install. He cleaned up after himself and it was a pleasant install. I would recommend them to anyone! Great tech and great company! Keep up the great job guys! Very happy customer!!!

Did Not Even Show Up - I sat at home all morning and when no one from DFW Security showed-up. I called and was told they made a scheduling error. I have been waiting almost two weeks for this install and they have already charged me. To make matters worse, they don't even have a manager on duty on Saturday's. STAY AWAY -if they can't show-up as promised how can I trust them to monitor my security system? My conclusion is they can not!

Larry at DFW security made transferring my service extremely easy. He was quick and efficient. He knows the equipment very well and helped recommend additional equipment that I did not have for my own personal protection. Thank you DFW security!

Larry at DFW Security was a very professional installer. Work was very clean done and very knowledgeable about their companies product and service.

I called them at 2pm on a Friday afternoon for an install and a tech was at my door by 4pm. That s service! The tech, Hugo was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and an expert troubleshooter, not to mention transparent and courteous. He has excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend them.

We are a big family of doing business locally and by word of mouth. From the very first contact with Jeremy, customer service was impeccable!! We felt completely comfortable with the way everything was explained to us, there were no hard pressure sales, we choose the pieces of the system that our family needed and nothing more. I love that we can add items to our system in the months and the years to come. The installation process was seamless and the quality of the products are top-notch for the price. We have been pleased with the follow-up and feel it has been very personable. We highly recommend Jeremy Reyna and DFW Security!!

Don't waste your money here. I had the service for 2 years and it never worked right. Technicians came out 3 times to help reprovision because the outside camera was missing people walking up to the door, placing packages on doorstep or just visitors. It only worked right about 10% of the time. Also I lost my job unexpectedly and had a very hard time getting the same kind of technical job back so I was out of work 2 years. I had to sell my house and they won't work with me. I know I had a 3 year contract but there should be some kind of exception for this scenario. I paid every thing I owed them after I sold my house and cancelled service. I also gave them the buyers name to go and try to get their business but they never did. They blow up my phone and email daily to try to collect for months service since I cancelled but I'm not paying for service I'm not receiving. Think twice before signing a contract with them!!!

Had an issue with my front door sensor it wasn't chiming when we used the front door. Called DFW on Monday August 5th and WADA able to do some trouble shooting over the phone with tech still couldn't get it to chime so schedule an appointment for them to come out Friday, tech figured out issue quickly was able to add a wireless sensor and we are back in business... chiming again. .DFW Security is very efficient and thorough...

Love this company and there customer service! Our rep Mr. Harry installed our home and business security system and we love them! Would highly recommend them for all of your security needs!

I do NOT recommend this service. Once you enter in a lock code, even a temporary one that you delete, it will always unlock your door. Frequent malfunctions. Great difficulty ever getting service to respond, even though I've paid their added fee per month for "insurance" for service. I regret having signed up with this company.

We were told an email was sufficient as written notice. Two emails were sent. Then we got a call yesterday saying we were late on our payment. We started the cancelation process in December 2020. We closed on our home January 28th, contacted DFW security to inform that we no longer reside at the residence, emailed the information as well. Still kept getting alert notifications from DFW after we requested, several times in writing, to stop monitoring the home and that we were no longer residing there.

When it comes to cancel the service, it is a big pain. Monitoring service and customer service is good. However, the cancel link to submit the form never worked. The agent , Randy, found a work-around finally.

DFW Security has provided my family with a great value on home alarm monitoring. Highly recommended!

I just got my alarm system installed and the tech Harry Porter was awesome! He s def. knowledagle and curtious. He was very detailed and thorough and explained everything in great detail! He was very pateient, honest, and helpful! My sales agent Mark was also very helpful and curtious. So far the service is great and I look forward to this great service the next 36 months and beyond! After listening to the commercials on the Russ Martin show comma I was interested in purchasing this product period but after reading the reviews I don't think I will be buying it. There is never a response from the company regarding the charging of trip fees or other miscellaneous charges. This apparently justifies the complaints that I'm seeing online. Thanks for the heads up from everyone with the truthful reviews

Because their service is so outstanding at my business I paid to get out of my existing home security contract to switch my home security to DFW Security. My install tech Corey was awesome, he took great pride in his work. I feel well protected in this crazy world that isn't getting any safer.

Very DISAPPOINTED with how our transfer out of state has been handled. We are being held to paying $1900 for the remainder of our contract, despite the fact that my husbands job took us from TX to middle Tennessee. Unfortunate that we now how to continue paying for a service, for the next 2 1/2 years, that we cannot use.

We are new customers but the installer was courteous clean and showed up on time was also patient with the setup.

Read the fine print of their easy, no-obligation, we value our customers 3 year contract! This company is a serious scam! Several reviews, conveniently buried, share a similar experience. DFW Alarm does NOT work with their customers in regards to signing long term contracts like they PROMISE. Instead, they tell you to pay up or else! Calls to collect are multiple and harassing, all hours of the day, and include multiple family members, even calls to my children?!? This company promises whatever it takes just to get you to sign the dotted line. They nickel and dime you on service calls, always finding ways to slip in extra fees. Nothing is discounted, and the service is mediocre at best. DFW Security believes it s well within their right to sell your contract to another service provider, but when you sell your home, and no longer need their services, it s considered straight up robbery?!? Run, don t walk, from this company.

We had our security system installed today and we have nothing but good things to say. From the very beginning of working with Connor to pick the perfect options for our family to Harry our installer who was the absolute best and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect and we knew how to use all of our equipment as well as the app. We will definitely be recommending DFW Security to all our friends and family.

I have had DFW Security for about 6 months now and when we have accidentally set off our alarm, they call us on the monitor very quickly. We have added cameras, gate detectors and other items since the original install, and it has been a really great addition to our security system. The app we use with our smart system is also very handy and easy to use.
