Everything was great with installation. I would have given 5 stars but the technician didn t wear a mask and had a bit of a cough the whole time.

We love our system with DFW! The technicians were very friendly and helpful and took the time to show us many features of our system that we wouldn't have known about otherwise. There have been several car burglaries in our neighborhood recently, and it gives us incredible peace of mind to know that our family is protected.

We now have several video cameras, lights, door locks, and our thermostat tied to the system. We can access all of these features from our app, even when we are away from home. We are very satisfied with our service from this company.

They were very professional! Showed up right on time and got the system set up customized to my place or where it would be best for the equipment. The equipment and app are so easy to use!!! I was torn between ADT or DFW and choose with DFW! They offer more services, have life time warranty and maintenance on equipment. Unlike ADT they charge you for any warranty on the equipment and do not come repair equipment for you at no cost! I was able to get all the things I needed plus warranty and really great customer service for far less than what ADT was offering! A really great company to use!

Dustin was awesome the setup was easy the walk-through and use of the equipment was a breeze and everything works better than advertised I couldn't be happier

Larry at DFW security is the most professional tech I have ever had in our house. Extremely polite and friendly but most importantly he knew what he was doing and communicated the entire time to help us understand. DFW has been great from the initial phone call. I am using DFW security from three years . i am very unsatisfied client. Their contract agreement is rip off. Please stay away from them. Go with some one else.

Just got my security system installed. Everyone, from the person answering the phone when I initially called to the person, Victor, that came to discuss personalizing my system, to Joenathan (I m sorry I don t know how he spells his name!) the man that installed and explained it all to me were great! Super friendly and not pushy.

I just had my security system installed by DFW security, the system seems comprehensive and Trey was very knowledgeable and helpful in installing and explaining the system. They were also reasonably priced and accommodating to our home.

DFW Security was great at answering all our questions and quickly setting up a time and installing our system. Hugo let me know when he would be here an hour in advance. He stayed and answered our questions and made sure we had all the services that we wanted. He didn t try to push anything down our throats but was tremendous. Would highly recommend!!

Larry came out to get my home linked up from my old provider to D/FW Security. He was able to figure out an issue with duplicate accounts created and took care of that issue. Thanks for your courtesy and attention to detail.

My system was installed in a timely manner and Harry the technician was patient and courteous in explaining how it functioned.

The salesman did not communicate clearly or was unaware of the requirements for our buildings, which nearly resulted in much higher cost. But the technician worked with us and DFW gave us the most competitive price.

The installer Dustin was top-notch. His expertise and desire to help, more than anything else, convinced me I made the right choice in asking DFW Security to upgrade my alarm system. My rating is 4/5 because the customer service representative that called me in response to my web inquiry did not leave the proper notes for Dustin to be aware of what we had discussed. So far I am very happy with the system, am paying less than I was with my previous provider and received upgraded features including front entry deadbolt with keypad, new display, added features within the app and added garage sensor.

JC was awesome! He came out to fix the system issues we were having. When it was noted that there was a problem he could not fix without us having to pay for services he spoke with his manager and we were able to come to a resolution suitable of all. Now our system is back up and running great! JC really showed great customer service and knowledge in what he was doing!

They were so quick and amazing to work with us! Totally recommend to anyone looking for alarm/security and someone you can trust has your best interest in mind.

I have called several times over the past two weeks for technical support only to be disappointed with the service ie.. call disconnected or put on hold for long periods. Today I spoke to Reggie who was very patience and took the lead and completed a check of my system and made adjustments that corrected my problems. He also detected other minor changes that was necessary. I spoke to him before and received the same good service. I wish I could request Reggie each time I call for service.

I just signed my contract today and the poor reviews I am reading worry me. The rep I spoke with yesterday was very kind and courteous and had me sold within minutes. But I had just a few more questions for him today before I signed the contract just to put my mind at ease before they install my system this coming Friday. I am not sure if he had just woken up or was having a bad morning, but he wasn't as nice as he was yesterday and seemed somewhat annoyed by my questions. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I truly hope this is not a sign of things to come.

Just footed a $600+ bill for all the times police had to come to my facility. They ve sent countless reps out and the issues still persist. Most of the time I can catch the calls when my alarm goes off but when it s 3am and my phone is on silent they re missed. The classic saying you get what you pay for clearly applies here. Please respond if you d like to do right and reimburse me in addition to sending your most experienced professional to fix the issue.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company! Jeremy Reyna helped me get the install order processed, seamless and easy. Very nice gentleman to work with. The techs that came out today were Larry and Michael, and these guys were stellar! Very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and just all around good men. Just got the system installed today. Our tech Omar Motolinia was a very nice guy, easy to work with and did a great job. We like the new interface panel and so far all is good. We went with DFW Security because of better features and price than our previous provider, ADT.

I have had DFW Security for some time now. Their technical support, though rarely needed, has been awesome! I have had contracts with the larger conglomerates. However, my experience with DFW feels more like a relationship of care and not just business. Reggie was an absolute delight - kind, patient, thorough, even-tempered, and competent. His follow-through was excellent and timely. I highly recommend DFW Security.

Just had the equipment installed. Technician was very professional and friendly. The equipment is a step-up from our previous alarm company, and for a cheaper price. Experience with the DFW Security is far so good.

Good service for over 3 years. I was offer a great deal with previous company that I could not resist and had to take advantage.

We used this company for years for 2 of our businesses. We were told that it was a local company and had to sign a contract. DFW Security sold our contract to Select Security which is not a local company. In fact it is not even in our state! One of the biggest reasons we went with DFW Security was that they were a local company! Buyer Beware!

On top of this issue. Select Security is now trying to charge us service calls to fix issues with Equipment and installation provided by DFW Security telling us that since they did not provide the equipment or do the installation there is a fee!

We were given no choice in our contract being sold to another company and are being forced to finish out the contract or will be charged a fee!

Quick install fast scheduling and friendly staff will refer and get more product in the future!

Junk equipment that won't keep running. Breaks every couple of months and they want to charge $95.00/trip to fix it. They may charge a cheap monthly fee, but the $95.00 every other month makes them the most expensive monitoring company in the country.

Had the system installed about a year ago and we are now moving, paid DFW Security to remove our system so we could move it with us. The technician came out the day before the buyers inspection. The technician removed the control panel and "WOW" the installation technician cut a 2" in diameter hole in the wall to run 2 small wires. how incompetent! should have been just a pin hole easy to repair, not a 2" hole that required Major repair. Did I mention the buyers inspection was less than 24 hours away. I called DFW and sent pictures immediately, I spoke with the install manager, he stated this was industry standard, I then asked him if this was industry standard then why did ADT just make a pin hole when they installed their panel. NOTHING BUT SILENCE for a couple of minutes. I had the major repair performed and will be calling DFW for a resolution, not for sure I want them and their industry standard to damage my new home when reinstalling the system.

UPDATE, Thank you for your response to my review, I did speak with the customer service representative and she was very nice and understanding and I felt she fully understood my concerns and it took "ME" agreeing to pay for the repairs to my home and a full years monitoring service, but yes we resolved the issue.

Spoke to a rep yesterday, where she simply just sold the features for 25 min, even after I repeatedly just asked for prices. Then the worst part, when I said, Simplysafe is cheaper, and I would like to go with them, she stated "if you dont care about security, then you should". Extremely rude, I would never go with these guys. Not to mention no transparency in pricing or how they calculate monthly costs. They simply just call them selves "award winning", but by who lol. Local dallas, company which thinks it has some great app.

Corey was my installer and he was amazing! He was early to the appointment and explained everything about the system to me in detail. He even taught me how to use the app!

My Camera system was installed about 3 weeks ago and it s worth every penny. Larry is a professional and listen to my concerns. Do wait people just do it!

DFW Security is the best home security company and their service is much better than any internet or cable provider I have ever delt with. They are an honest local company that s not out to screw you. The are reasonably priced and they stand behind their product. The service I have received from installation to repair from both the phone support and service techs have been stellar. I highly recommend going with DFW security. The screen and thermostat are very user friendly and clean looking. The app is awesome and updated regularly. If you live in DFW and go with one of the big guys for your security system, you ve made a mistake.

I was previously with Vivant, but their system was full of issues. It took nine months before they let me out of the contraxt. Contacted DFW..The tech was on time, courteous and explained the system fully. The system works as advertised..Good job DFW!!
