Arrived at 5 p.m. my appointment was for 10 a.m. the next morning people were very friendly very helpful they went ahead had me loaded within 45 minutes and I was out of hours I was told I could park there overnight very friendly people

Bought frozen chocolate chip pancakes. Grandkids thought best ever! Loved! So easy so good! Definitely will buy again!
Some of their employees are rude as hell. An employee came in and asked for one of our three menus. I was checking out another customer and trying to help him at the same time. I told him there were two other menus, the $5 and the full menu because he had the favorites menu in front of him. He got offended and thought I was trying to say he was broke. I attempted to apologize and explain that was not what I was intending to say, its just what the menu is called. He would not listen and told me I was irrelevant. He complained the entire time he was in my store and even so far as to say he was going to slap the cook that made his order the last time he was there because the order was not right, the cook that served him that time was standing less that 5 feet from him. This is not the first time he has behaved in this manner in my store. Several of them come in, receive awesome service, don't tip, call the servers and the cooks out of their name, and are altogether very unprofessional while wearing the De Waflebakkers brand name. I will never support this business because of the behavior of their employees.
Little tight, parking from passenger side, fast loading, nice people.
Got hired on through a temp agency. Left the same day. It took about an hour for them to decide what station to put me at & my job description was a production packer and I wasn t even doing that. They gave me some type of stick to scoop up water with so the water wouldn t drop onto the pancakes. & not only that the warehouse is packed with people anyways. Wasn t very many parking places.
Nice place. Small facility make sure to precool your trailer. Easy blind side back. Loaded me quickly.

Some days you're in and out other days however you may be here for 9 or 10 hours waiting for your load.
Good people. Loading 11pm Saturday night. Stick to appointment. Small area for 1 or 2 trucks.
Picked up load from this place three time. I checked there by appointment time. Loaded in Less than one hour every time I went there. Nice and friendly staff. Clean restroom for drivers. From 430 S, take exit 12 to right. Don t make left on Crystal hill road as navigation said. Go 1.2 miles straight turn left on Dewaffelbakker Rd. Shipping and receiving building on Left hand side before crystal hill road. This location open 24 hrs but follow your appointment time.
Small lot, blind side backing, and waiting on product to load. 4 shipping/receiving docks, but friendly staff from what I can tell. Not a bad little place to load I suppose, but been to better.
Awesome experience getting load here. Super nice lady in shipping in and out no issues
One thing you have to keep in mind when picking up a load here is that your appointment time is etched in stone or there about. Loading also depends on product availability, sometimes being loaded as it's made off the line. Other times your loaded and in and out.
When checking in, go to the dock door first and ring buzzer. They're hardly ever at the office window.

Waiting on shipping office to come to the window been here over an hour and no one here
Arrives about 45 minutes before my appointment and was out in about an hour 1/2 . Both of the girls in the shipping department were super friendlyAnd actually ask if they did everything to my satisfaction. De wafflebakkers you should give these girls a raise. It's people like this that make the world a brighter place.
This place blows. 1600 appt was told I won't get loaded until 2200 or later.
Pretty good, the total loading time is about an hour ...

People were very nice I have delivered at this location several times, never had a problem. 5/10/2018 Today a different set of individuals were at work nothing like the previous employees that I encountered before very rude.
