Welcomed cheerfully and enthusiastically. Jake was knowledgeable about the products and the features and benefits. Was not pushy but very helpful. Answered questions briskly and provided additional information about the new washing and drying machines. Appreciated not being forcefully sold on the extended warranty. Asked for a proposal, got what we requested and closed the deal immediately.

This was our 2nd time buying from Dewaard and Bode - both experiences were great! We went to the outlet and they had really good prices for the same quality appliances at other stores that were much pricier. They offered delivery, install and haul away for our dishwasher, which Home Depot wouldn't do bc of the wiring. Both delivery men were super professional, polite, and efficient. Couldn't be happier w the service and supporting a local business!

They are polite and price match for the dishwasher I purchased. Also they don't charge extra for parts like some places and don't go through third party companies to installation. They were also able to get my purchase to me sooner than quoted do to a cancellation.

On Tues. I called, On Wed. after I got home from work, the repair man came to check my non working refrigerator. On Thurs. morning they called with an estimate. On Thurs. after work I went to their Hannegan road wharehouse. I was given a great deal, and bought a new fridge on the spot. I came home, and before I could finish mopping the floor where the old one had been pulled out from, the delivery guys where knocking on my door. They unhooked the water line, took out the old one, brought in the new one hooked everything back up again, and left within 45 minutes. Very respectful, very professional young men. This was not my first dealing with Dewaard and Bode. And it certainly won't be my last.

I took my, one month old, Sharp microwave/convecti...

I took my, one month old, Sharp microwave/convection oven in for repair under warranty as it would not bake a pizza when operated per the owners manual.

Never got a phone call regarding its status. When I called I was told the serviceman found it to be operating properly. There was miscommunication between the person who accepted the oven and the "repair"man.

The line I was supposed to swallow is that in attempt to reduce energy usage, ovens don't get as hot as they used to. As if one should accept uncooked food as today's norm.

I was told they would call when the machine was next worked on so I could explain directly.

After two days I called back and found that I'd been put to the back of the line and it would be a couple more before the oven was even looked at.

I made the decision to retrieve my appliance and seek help elsewhere.

We have bought appliance at D&B for 25 years, but the communication and logistical coordination with Chris was atrocious. He pushed us to take delivery when we were not ready. He'd set it up and I'd end up canceling. One of those was sent anyway to our old house we didn't own anymore. The automated delivery notifications kept going to a defunct number despite three requests to change the number. On the day of actual delivery the crew showed up 90 minutes before the stated delivery window. This experience is unlike any of our previous ones, so I'd recommend you deal with someone else or go somewhere else.

I've found this team to be friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and affordable. Their field service is first-rate; clients I have referred to DeWaard and Bode service have high esteem for their work as well.

I got was fantastic. We went to several stores and they had everything in one place and price matched all of the competition and are delivering all at one time. Highly recommend and will defiantly be our first stop from now on.

We purchased 5 major appliances from Dewaard & Bod...

We purchased 5 major appliances from Dewaard & Bode, for X-thousand dollars, upon arrival and installation, the top of the stackable washer & dryer was damaged. Since it was not going to be visible without standing on a ladder or being over 7 feet tall, no big deal. The Dewaard & Bode rep and I decided that a $100 in store gift certificate would be fair compensation, as we had planned on buying 2 more major appliances and spend at least another $1000.00. A few weeks after initial installation we called about using the gift certificate, etc, and they had no knowledge of that agreement, the installer had no recollection of the damage and they were not going to honor our verbal agreement. We placed at a minimum of 4 phone messages to "Jordan", the manager of the Hannigan store and our sales person for our appliances. He did not return ANY of our calls and would not talk to us, even when we went to the store, he disappeared, not available. They ended up replacing the top of the dryer with a service person, which was OK with us, but that was NOT our agreement. So, if you deal with Jordan or any of the installers, make sure you get everything in explicit writing, as (he) is a very dishonest person, and in my opinion a flat out liar. We ended up buying the balance of our appliances from Lowe's with good results, no problems. Buyer beware at Dewaard & Bode, get EVERYTHING in writing and don't take anything for granted, especially from "Jordan".

D & B's Outlet Store was our first and last stop during our hunt for a new washer/dryer. Our sales guy Kyle was quite helpful during both visits - he knew his stuff, patiently answered all of our questions, made good recommendations about different brands and models, and was personable. We got $100 off in coupon savings on top of an already good price and left happy with the overall experience.

Worst Service Imaginable

We are now on our second service call for a Thermador Range that cost about $7,000. It stopped functioning about 2 months after purchase. Finally fixed after waiting about 4 weeks without a stove. The service manager was rude and arrogant. The tech installed a new electrical motherboard. He adjusted the cooktop burners because they were set wrong during installation. After 1 day the oven stopped heating again. Wife called the service department. Call went directly to voicemail. Haven't heard from them in over 2 weeks. SO after owning the range for about four months, it has only worked for about 2 months. Service is so slow!!!! I've called Thermador customer service only to be told, they will send a work order. They can't force DeWaard & Bode to fix it. D & B has no interest in fixing anything. If you want reliable appliances you'll have to go somewhere else. If you need reliable service you'll have to go somewhere else. Run, don't walk away from D & B

Walked in, told Peyton what I wanted in a refrigerator, he took me right to it and I bought it. Two days later Joel and Castle came right on time and 20 minutes later, old fridge out, new one in. All three salesmen were polite, informative and very pleasant to work with! I bought my first Whirlpool there over 20 years ago and it's my go to place for appliances. Ethan and Elliot delivered a washing machine this morning to a gentleman, and hauled off his old one. Was very happy with their friendly, courteous manner. It was great that they installed the machine for him. Hats off to a job well done.
