We are now on our second service call for a Thermador Range that cost about $7,000. It stopped functioning about 2 months after purchase. Finally fixed after waiting about 4 weeks without a stove. The service manager was rude and arrogant. The tech installed a new electrical motherboard. He adjusted the cooktop burners because they were set wrong during installation. After 1 day the oven stopped heating again. Wife called the service department. Call went directly to voicemail. Haven't heard from them in over 2 weeks. SO after owning the range for about four months, it has only worked for about 2 months. Service is so slow!!!! I've called Thermador customer service only to be told, they will send a work order. They can't force DeWaard & Bode to fix it. D & B has no interest in fixing anything. If you want reliable appliances you'll have to go somewhere else. If you need reliable service you'll have to go somewhere else. Run, don't walk away from D & B
