We have bought appliance at D&B for 25 years, but the communication and logistical coordination with Chris was atrocious. He pushed us to take delivery when we were not ready. He'd set it up and I'd end up canceling. One of those was sent anyway to our old house we didn't own anymore. The automated delivery notifications kept going to a defunct number despite three requests to change the number. On the day of actual delivery the crew showed up 90 minutes before the stated delivery window. This experience is unlike any of our previous ones, so I'd recommend you deal with someone else or go somewhere else.
