Awesome company, they provide great design for really good price.

Signed up for a $299 design competition, was charged $345 with fees if that wasnt enough the designer told me in a message he gets $150. So you're paying $195 in fees to use this site! And the sites functionality is terrible! There is no real time chat with designer. It's practically email communication. I ended up leaving the site with a 3/4 completed design because I got sick of trying to get the end result 100%. Low quality unskilled designers in here.

Overall, very bad experience and way overpriced. Never again!!

Have used DesignCrowd numerous times for competitors, the selection of designs is great and the price paid is usually fair. 100% worth using if you are business looking to save time and money.

Design crowd charge you through the roof then attract bottom of the barrel desingers to send you stuff that looks like clipart from microsoft word 1995. Then after laughing at the designs that i could have made myself on microsoft paint as a 5 year old they constantly spam you with emails which arent worth reading and when you ask for a refund or a partial refund they just say no and keep your money even though you didnt choose a design. Support your local designers and talk with them directly, get a better result and cut out the middle men.

The software and communication between designers was easy and user friendly. I was able to review multiple designs before choosing the one I liked most. Great outsourcing tool. Will definitely use DesignCrowd again.

I tried BrandCrowd. Their Customer Service is one of the worst i've ever experienced. They had also serious technical problems in september. I loose money and time, my business partner is angry, and i still did't get source file!

Great service! We didn't know exactly what to expect, but we received over 300 potential logo designs, with a wide variety of styles and options. We were very happy to narrow it down to one that we found perfect for our application. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone else looking for graphic design work. 5 stars!

Absolute RUBBISH!!!! The website misleads you and gets you to buy a service you don't want. I wanted a character design contest and they forced me to use a single designer from Romania that doesn't do characters, only logos. They took the money from my account in seconds then told me it'll take 2 weeks to get back. Total waste of time, effort and money. AVOID. If I could leave no stars I would.

Fabulous logo design! The designers I worked with submitted so many great designs it was difficult to choose the one I like most. The designer I chose to work with was accommodating and happy to make the changes I wanted. I will be back.

This is the worst service. A total waste of money. I have have paid and walked away with a "logo only - that is presented in business card mock up".......not an actual logo I can use for everyday use - like in a signature or social media. I had no idea that asking for a logo you can actually use would be so difficult.
Not only was the designer unable to understand that I wanted the logo for this use - but the customers service is THE WORST. After dozens of emails back and forth - they email me asking what I want?

After 2 months I have had to pay a local designer to recreate for me.

I was a member of DesignCrowd as a designer until recently. I found that they take too much of the contest money with their fees. This is not upfront, so a designer thinks that they are receiving the full contest amount, but actually receive less. DesignCrowd are also terrible at managing contests and some are left in limbo with no winners for years, without being closed or any designers paid. I have now closed my account after they sent my payment to the incorrect account. When I enquired about the error, Lei from Support was dismissive, condescending and refused to cancel the incorrect payment and reprocess it to my account. I would not recommend this platform to any serious designers.

We recently set up a new store in Queensland and wanted to make a new website solely for AU customers. At first we thought we would follow the initial design taken from our main website but then we realized both of our websites needed an update for a number of different reasons, and so I contacted DesignCrowd. They produced an amazing website design for our business that retained both professionalism and simplicity and I couldn t have asked for a better job.

Just wanted to let you know, that we are extremely dissatisfied with using this service.
Despite money back guarantee they kept the money, even trough the proposed designs - all coming from same source - were NOT satisfactory.
The recieved work is a rip off, has issues with copyright infringements.
We paid extra for html code, and recieved a bag of garbage.
Avoid this is a scam!

The designs and process works well BUT getting the HIGH RES files from this crowd is another storey. I have lost my patience on two occasions getting my files from Designcrowd and support is in the Philippines they are polite etc but don't seem to get the point that we need large ai files to make use of the design.

Terrible. Amateurish designs and only refunded me 70% of what I paid.

I am quite disappointed with the quality of the designers and the portal, as I have used similar other portals. There is a constant pressure to upsell with great promises....not adequate attention on service delivery. Appalling standard of designers. A job that I posted a few weeks on fast turnaround waiting for a rescue!!!!

I used DesignCrowd to get a logo generated for my social site scanner (pop.as).

The process through DesignCrowd was excellent. It was quick, easy and affordable and I got an excellent outcome from Sergio the designer.

If you don't have a designer you already know and trust (and can afford) DesignCrowd offers a service which allows a risk free way of finding inspired designers anywhere in the world.

Not likely to recommend Design Crowd unfortunately. They make it seem like it's an affordable option to get a logo but when you sign up there are so so many tricks to get you to upgrade. I had a budget in mind of $150 and looking at the closed design competitions it seemed like it was a very plausible and reasonable budget because slot of design Jobs were completed for $150, but when you sign up the packages start from $180 for only THREE designs. What am I going to do with only three design options?. And if you want to upgrade it's almost double the price for the next package up. Then after you selected a package and posted your design request you constantly get requested to upgrade your package to to the meanial of tasks. It's just very misleading with the pricing and packages. If I had known that, I would have just hired a local graphic designer instead.
Aside from that, there are some really talented designers on here and they're fast and make it easy to work with them. However the platform itself is a big let down with the pricing and packages.
