I'm going to say that the actual live Shaw employees in Whistler have always been outstanding, however the fact that is Shaw is moving away to online and chat service. I have now been on hold for 3 hours and 51 minutes, They said 45 minutes at the start of the call. I have been on "live chat" at the same time for over an hour. No chat or response. If it was possible to give a lower review I would. Such a total disrespect for your customer.
