Then after laughing at the designs that i could have made myself on microsoft paint as a 5 year old they constantly spam you with emails which arent worth reading and when you ask for a refund or a partial refund they just say no and keep your money even though you didnt choose a design. Support your local designers and talk with them directly, get a better result and cut out the middle men.
