Three products sent to them which were under warra...

Three products sent to them which were under warranty. One was "lost" while sent back to me and had to struggle with the store to get a replacement for weeks. The second one had the warranty void by them telling it was my fault, stating oblivious facts made up from their ass. The third one was replaced by them with another product with different specs without consulting me, which made me lose time again and struggle with the store to fix their incompetence.
They also spam you with utter nonsense when you didn't agree to receive any promotion emails from them.

Two days after picking up, I was notified by Depanero that the product had been repaired and I would receive it by courier. I received it, everything is ok. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and seriousness with which the laptop problem was solved. The day after I reported the product malfunctioning, a courier was sent to pick it up. In less than a week the product was returned to me, in optimal conditions, well sealed. On sale I noticed that even the screen, which had a few stains, was erased.

I think it's easier for them to blame other partners than to try to solve the problem or mediate the solution. How is it possible to refuse the warranty of a 300 lei Razer keyboard in the conditions in which the membrane of a key gave way after 6 months when the product has a 2 year warranty. What else can go wrong with a keyboard other than keys. It is preferable to avoid emag because of them.

Waiting for almost 10 days for someone to come and repair my refrigerator under warranty.
Last year I had a HP printer repaired.
They told me that the piece costs 450 lei.
The printer cost 400 lei from the store with 2 years warranty.

I sent the phone by courier (free because it was under warranty) and in 6 days I had it repaired. in Arad and the repair was done in Bucharest. I took her personally but I asked her to bring her home. RO: One of the two individuals who came for the installation of the air conditioner, disturbed by the fact that I asked him to put his sanitary mask back on his face (although I had asked for this explicitly at the beginning of the paper), started offending by saying that it is jeg in apartment and that's actually where the viruses come from, practically giving me a lesson in medicine. Not to mention the fact that it took two hours to mount an air conditioner, with multiple cigarette breaks on the stairs of the block. Terrible service, I would not recommend Depanero to anyone.

EN: One of the two individuals who came to setup a new AC system was very bothered by the fact that I asked him to put his face mask back on (although I had explicitly asked for this when the two arrived), so he started offending me saying the apartment was dirty and that s where the virus actually comes from. It also took over 2 hours and multiple ciggarette breaks to setup the AC. Terrible service, would not recommend Depanero to anyone. Plus, who knows, maybe the worker who offended me is overqualified for the job and was supposed to be a virologist instead of an AC specialist (well, a specialist who takes 2 hours to setup an AC can hardly be called a specialist).

In spite of the fact that I bought a wiring box for an air conditioner with a maximum of 5 business days, the term was not respected. I bought air conditioning installation with complete kit. They installed the air conditioner 80 cm from the side - exterior wall, leaving 50 cm of cable visible. I knew that it was installed at a distance as close as possible to the outer wall. I was outraged that they did not inform me before doing the installation in this way (the installation was done in a block that is not yet in use), especially since I spoke to the installer during the work - no he signaled to me that it would be an installation problem.
When he sent me the photo with the installation completed, I called him and he told me that it would cost me another 200 lei if I want to change the position of the air conditioner. I made a complaint to the company and I received the same answer.
Conclusion: correct air conditioning installation cost = 411 lei + 200 (installation correction or intentional robbery) + wall overhaul.

Incompetence and irresponsibility at home, no diagnosis can do ... if they do.
After one year and 3 months of use I sent in warranty an ASUS ROG laptop
worth over 1000 euros. The laptop started to turn off at intervals of maximum 5 minutes of use with or without a charger connected. In windows the battery does not charge more than 10%.

3-4 days after I spoke by telephone with a ram from the depanero and explained his symptoms I receive a report with some summary information, including "loading / unloading test - ok".

Of course, I made a complaint to the department's notifications department, to PC Garage and asked for details on the tests done ... the answer not until today I have not received it. Speaking with a lot from PC Garage (from these fools I took the product) he told me that if they were in trouble they said it hurts them in Basque.

I sent the laptop directly to the PC Garage, I made a CD with pictures, movies and everything Dorel needs to understand. After a period I receive an email from PC Garage ... that the battery is broken and if they want to replace it for a fee. I told them that it is not possible for the battery of such an expensive product to fail after less than 1 year, especially since it was only used in super conditions.
After the first experience, I ask for details about the tests, of course ... every year and many years.

I also asked for details on how in the first report the loading / unloading test was ok and in the second hopa ... battery failed.

In short, I will take the laptop to a service capable of a correct diagnosis.

Adio pc garage from me 0 orders in the future.
Goodbye products that have service at the repair shop.

Other days I check the status on their website and it says "I refuse warranty repair". I'll call again to see what the problem is. I tell them that on the site it is displayed that the warranty is refused, they say yes, yes because when they received the plate it had "bent pins". A lying lie! If so, this was conveyed in the two notifications. All over the world when you send something in service you receive notification with pictures with the status of the product. They told me when they received the product that everything is ok and that it will be repaired. I asked them why they didn't tell me. Attention, a hallucinatory answer follows! "I didn't tell you this because this is just for us, the client is not told that this is the law" (meaning the law says to hide essential information?) Besides the fact that they found a childish excuse (a plaque the base has a lot of pins) they have the audacity to fool me in the face because they don't feel like fixing the board. I believe that the poor quality work is given by the management. The router was lost for 6 days to them through the warehouse before the service card. Eventually, they hindered him and found him. And guess if the 6 days dropped from the 15 calendar days they offer for settlement?
The situation is even more bombastic on the brush. After 18 days, I learned from an accidental representative (confirmed later by Depanero's) that the brush was replaced, sent by courier to a showroom in Ploiesti and from there handed by Cargus to the client. Very well you say - that's it, they passed the deadline by only 3 days, at least they solved. Unfortunately, that client was not me - I am in Bucharest, the phone number was not the same and by implication neither the name, but Depanero knows better.

I leave you to give an opinion about these services. I'm sure there are no more incompetent people in this company.
