Incompetence and irresponsibility at home, no diagnosis can do ... if they do.
After one year and 3 months of use I sent in warranty an ASUS ROG laptop
worth over 1000 euros. The laptop started to turn off at intervals of maximum 5 minutes of use with or without a charger connected. In windows the battery does not charge more than 10%.

3-4 days after I spoke by telephone with a ram from the depanero and explained his symptoms I receive a report with some summary information, including "loading / unloading test - ok".

Of course, I made a complaint to the department's notifications department, to PC Garage and asked for details on the tests done ... the answer not until today I have not received it. Speaking with a lot from PC Garage (from these fools I took the product) he told me that if they were in trouble they said it hurts them in Basque.

I sent the laptop directly to the PC Garage, I made a CD with pictures, movies and everything Dorel needs to understand. After a period I receive an email from PC Garage ... that the battery is broken and if they want to replace it for a fee. I told them that it is not possible for the battery of such an expensive product to fail after less than 1 year, especially since it was only used in super conditions.
After the first experience, I ask for details about the tests, of course ... every year and many years.

I also asked for details on how in the first report the loading / unloading test was ok and in the second hopa ... battery failed.

In short, I will take the laptop to a service capable of a correct diagnosis.

Adio pc garage from me 0 orders in the future.
Goodbye products that have service at the repair shop.

So in small letters you don't deserve, garbage.

Too bad you can't post a review unless you give it a star ... I would have given them minus 5 stars.
