God forbid you have to work with the specimens from Depanero! May God not let anything fall to you, let nothing be ruined, otherwise you can say goodbye to the product and the money. So look at the reviews folks, the overwhelming majority are 1 star and Depanero to compensate forces its employees to give 5 star reviews! Think alone and critically. My case:

-submitted the motherboard in service because an integrated board did not work properly, but otherwise perfectly functional. Disassembled by a specialized person and I also took pictures. It arrives in service, I receive a notification that everything is ok and that it will be repaired soon. One week passes, I receive again the second notification identical to the first, that the plate has been received and is to be repaired. I call them to see what it's about. I answer that they sent the wrong service and that only now they sent the correct service but to rest assured that everything is ok and to be patient that everything will be fine. Other days I check the status on their website and it says "I refuse warranty repair". I'll call again to see what the problem is. I answer that I don't know anything yet, he will receive the official answer. I tell them that on the site it is displayed that the warranty is refused, they say yes, yes because when they received the plate it had "bent pins". A lying lie! If so, this was conveyed in the two notifications. All over the world when you send something in service you receive notification with pictures with the status of the product. They told me when they received the product that everything is ok and that it will be repaired. I asked them why they didn't tell me. Attention, a hallucinatory answer follows! "I didn't tell you this because this is just for us, the client is not told that this is the law" (meaning the law says to hide essential information?) Besides the fact that they found a childish excuse (a plaque the base has a lot of pins) they have the audacity to fool me in the face because they don't feel like fixing the board. If you are wondering why the good people leave the country and Romania goes bad, it is because of these specimens. Gentlemen of Depanero, if you read these reviews about yourself out of curiosity, can you sleep at night? How do you sleep peacefully with the thought that you are fooling and deceiving people? Or will this bring you sadistic satisfaction?
