Unprofessional and unprofessional! I bought a heel with an air conditioning installation service on 21.07.2015 (the last date is clearly on the electronic heel) and after I called him to see when he schedules me (to know how I leave work, how I organize myself at home) contacted me in the end a firm that they subcontract for installation and they programmed me out of the term of 5 working days. It's not worth a star. The meeting with Depanero gave me the nauseating business feeling made only for shareholders and not at all for the one to whom it is addressed. A nasty feeling that you can only experience in an insensitive business where apparently everything is well organized so that the flow of the customer-supplier relationship is fluid and efficient. In reality it is just a scheme without practical support. Specifically, my experience cost 70 lei, it took about 1 week and these to tell me that the printer I brought to them needs to be replaced. Being a simple printer this diagnosis could be put into a simple commissioning. There was no need for a week of examinations at the end of which I was offered the unsubstantiated solution that my "repair" could be performed, consisting in replacing the road for only 550 lei. This spare part is currently bought from the market and the replacement is made in an extremely easy way without the need for specialized studies. Reason for which I refused the proposed "repair" leaving with a loss of only 70 lei for the so-called finding for which you are warned from handing over the object in service that you will pay it if you do not accept the repair proposed by them. Horrible. In addition to all this ass, I waited about 45 minutes to pick up my printer. Because although there are 6-7 reception-delivery desks, beautifully numbered, there are only 2 staffed. Otherwise they are full of technique, providing you with a tablet to which you are invited to reserve order. Very cool. I wonder how this customer service would behave if they didn't have an ongoing contract with Emag that provides them with some mega money for mini activities within the warranty periods of various electronic products, mostly smartphones that you resoft with loss of information on customer liability and the like. I am very outraged by the attitude and the sictir with which you are treated as a customer. I will never go to them again.

From my own experience I want to make the following clarifications:
- The company '' Depanero SRL "does not respect the customers' products, in the sense that I sent a laptop to be brought to conformity, and upon receipt I had the unpleasant surprise to find that my product was scratched on the lid. it can be proved, according to the law, when returning the product I did not notice due to the fact that it was dusty, it had absolutely nothing until sent to service.
- The quality of the repair leaves much to be desired. I sent the laptop because it overheated during the intense work. This fact has been resolved (due to the fact this agreement 2 stars). Another defect present, the speaker on the left was going very slowly, compared to the one on the right. This defect is still present, after the "repair" performed by Depanero SRL. On the sheet received from them it is mentioned that they have changed: the fans (probably so) and the speakers (untrue). After the epidemic in our country, I will send the laptop back to them so that it can be repaired "like a book", otherwise I will make a complaint to ANPC.

For me the emag & debianero combination works. 2 years ago sent an asus monitor that could not repair it, the parts for the model were not found. Emag paid me back all the money. A few days back from the warranty, an asus phone. It was repaired very well. Moreover, there were no comments, it has bootloader unlocked. The sheet on the display was not removed, the phone returned without any scratches. For me the quality of their services is excellent.
Not all month has the same luck. I do not know what to believe, a colleague had major problems with a laptop that he claims those from the debugger have broken it harder.

Worst service provider I've ever encountered. I sent my gaming laptop in service because it has some performance,touchpad, graphic card issues while having 1 more year of waranty. They did not repaired any of those issues but still i was charged a Diagnose Tax. Freaking useless "technicians".
Don't even bother with this sh**y company. It ain't worth the time nor the effort.

Deeply disappointed by the depanero services !!! I have a phone that I sent under warranty 3 times, but not all the problems I specified were touched, it being partially repaired. When it came out of warranty for the third time, the phone was very scratched on the back, plus there are traces of handling with sharp objects. Indeed, the phone had signs of wear and scratches even before it was sent as a warranty, but this does not allow you to treat a device with less care. In conclusion, I am totally dissatisfied and deeply disgusted with the depanero services.

The courier came to pick up the device under warranty (free), took it to the company, confirmed the takeover of the parcel, wrote me an e-mail that goes into service, informed me that it cannot be repaired and they asked me how to return the value of my machine. They entered the money in the account specified by me. NOTE 10, DOWN THE DEPANERO HAT !!!

Unfortunately, I called for the services of Depanero, because I bought a Lenovo phone from the emag, and the guarantee was provided by those from Depanero. Headphones sent in warranty with defect resulting from poor quality of materials, headphones being used under the conditions recommended by the manufacturer. They threw in front of me the mechanical defect clause and so, I mentioned when sending in service that the defect was due to the material, not the use.
Edit1: The castles were returned with defects in addition to the moment they were taken by the courier.
Conclusion: unprofessional service (finding note sent was for an HDD, not a pair of headphones), without embarrassment in slitting the client or blaming the client. DO NOT work with them.

About a year ago I sent you a defective daewoo vacuum cleaner, still under warranty. I received a phone call from an employee of yours who told me that due to its improper maintenance, the engine failed (the peak as I did the proper maintenance) and the price of the repair is somewhere around 500 lei. Of course I did not accept because its value was 300 lei. I sent him to send me the vacuum cleaner back and I bought another one. I am a frequent customer of Depanero where I send various electronics under warranty. I can say that they are much better than 3 years ago, but the experience can be improved a little.
Tip: close your eyes at least 0.5% to things that can void your warranty. Nobody says not to act properly, but as you know that measures have been taken in the United States with various laws that allow consumers to repair their devices (example: in America asus allows consumers to put ssd, warranty stickers void if removed are illegal) at least close your eyes to the fact that there is a trace on a screw and things like that. Don't affect multi-billionaire corporations when you choose to help someone who is clearly not affected by their device alone and let's be honest, don't even pocket your repairs. I just want that if a technician reads this and gets to a point where he has a choice whether to order the parts or not, I cancel the guarantee to think about us consumers and less about corporations. My experience with Depanero was one very enjoyable. People listened to everything I had to say and tried to help me. The object to be repaired was a laptop that just what I had bought it-resized. I solved the problem very quickly.
