4 year's ago I had roof, windows and siding replaced. overall did a good job,I had to fix a lot of little things. I decided to clean my gutters out and found large pieces of roofing and siding blocking the flow of water .no I don't need a service call I fixed all the small problems myself tell your employees not to leave construction material in gutters .
I have had a very bad experience with Cronkhite. We were moving in and one of their salesman came knocking on my door. He would not leave, he was here for at least 3 hours. So in the confusion we signed a contract. After that, I called to cancel. He said it would cost me, over $600.00. He said they already had the window's cut. Now for the good part. They never measured the windows. So I am now stuck with paying off the loan. I believe this owner is not honest. I can't imagine someone charging you for work not done. Beware
They had to come out twice as one of the windows was scratched. They also charged us for the windows 2 months before they were installed. I would not recommend them to anyone
Cronkhite did a fantastic job on our siding. We absolutely love the new transformation of our home. Our salesman Josh was fantastic. He checked with us throughout the process. We had a nice visit with Dale Cronkite at our home once the siding was complete. We had some questions for him regarding the siding. He does stand by his company and makes sure that the customer is happy.

From the time we met with our salesman to the time our windows were installed, I have been impressed by the level of commitment Cronkhite has towards customers. The salesman was very knowledgeable and took time explaining the great quality Cronkhite has to offer in Windows. Our installer, Ryan was very friendly and was an experienced window installer. Our home was transformed in a matter of two days. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants great quality windows with customer service that will meet any needs.

We had new roof and gutters done last fall. I missed 3 days of work because I was told they would be here to work and no call no show. We finally got everything done and we had to call the gutter guys back because of leakage. They still leak from every seam. Salesperson was a smooth talker but no integrity and unreliable.
I highly recommend this company! I love my new windows & door. Great job Rory Bruce & Chris I will definitely call them again for anything I need done on my house!!!

Very reputable company! I have recommended them to others and they have come through with very cost effective solutions and advice. When considering energy savings or remodel ideas, I would strongly suggest you give them a call!
We were contacted by Cronkhite after using Angies List to try and find a contractor for our front porch. We had purchased an older home and one side of the porch had sunken quite a bit.. about 3-4 inches. It was significant to say the least and more than an eyesore.
Andy came out to quote us on it and was very professional. We went back and forth on what exactly we were looking for and eventually decided on a composite deck with cedar railings and metal spindles. We also agreed on enclosing our deck fully and making it more of a year round deck since we had a hot tub in it. It was screened in, roofed, and had lattice on the bottom..We were asking for a lot and the price we settled on was very fair.
We were warned that they were booked a while out due to COVID, and everyone wanted work done apparently!! About 8 weeks later we got a call that they were ready to start our project.. I was expecting it to take 2-3 weeks easy seeing as they had to jack up the old roof.. as well as many other issues.. but his guys banged it out in a week and a half. The crew themselves (Tim) were absolutely lovely.. very hardworking men.
Andy was a gem through and through.. we had our moments but he continually made sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Cronkhite for any jobs that you need around your home or business.
OH!! Don t know how I could forget to mention but our house finally looks perfect. The detail and craftsmanship are next to none.
We had windows installed, one was drafty found out it was installed wrong and a few other windows have broken seals. I went with them because they talked about the great warranty. Now seals are broke and they said manufacturer went out of business. I feel they are still in business and should make this right. Our big picture window is not level and I feel this is why seal is broke after researching it. None of my phone calls are returned.
Water coming into my living room window. Someone came out haven't heard form them since then. Poor quality stallers a d windows. Very disappointed.
Dale is a super cool guy wish I could have went with them for the roof replacement but cost was more then what the insurance company would pay for!
The reason for 4 stars i did call and have a price quote for a deck to be installed around the pool and there employee never got back in touch with us on the deck dont know since it was the same guy who came out for the roof was mad because I couldn't go with him on the roof! but he should have called or told me that he wasn't gonna do the quote
Did not have the best experience with this company. Found them on Home Advisor and gave them a call, few days after we contacted them the Salesman showed up at our house and gave us a quote of what it would cost, we agreed to the numbers. One our main concerns was this company had their own guys working on our house and didn't hire out the work. Our Salesman lied to us and they did exactly that, hired it out.
It was getting to be the start of winter so we were a little concerned how this project was going to be done in the time limit we were told with bitter cold days coming. From when we signed the contract to when the job was finished it was at least a 2.5 month process. From the start of ripping off our current siding to finish we were told it would take 7 days. The crew of only 2 guys showed up on December 15th to take down our aluminum siding, they ripped the siding off and didn't show up the next day or even the next 5 business days. We tried calling Cronkhite and our Salesman multiples times and received no answers as to when these guys will show back up, nobody seemed to have a clue what was going on. Finally after days of looking for answers, we get in contact with somebody and they said the New crew would be showing up on Friday to take care of anything. He did great work for being thrown into a mess of what the past crew created. We are happy with our new siding however way to much of a headache and will not be hiring this company for any of our future projects. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The guy that came out was not very helpful. All he wanted to do was what he wanted to do. Didn't even give a quote on what he was here for. Totally dissatisfied with this company.
Excellent experience from the no pressure educational sales consultant through the professional, experienced man who measured through the installers who were timely, clean, neat and efficient. The only reason I didn't give the top rating was due to a lack of communication from the company. If they could close that loop and let you know where things are in process and tentative timelines it would be an excellent experience.
We were having troubles getting a gutter guard product that worked well. Our home is surrounded by MANY trees and our roof angles are steep. Previous products we had tried caused "waterfall" effects at our gutters. Cronkhite had a wider gutters installed and then a very premium cover installed into those.

Cronkhite Home Solutions recently sided my garage and I am beyond thrilled with the results. The crew was amazing! Matt was very professional and always accessible. He consistently met the timelines he promised and his work is perfection.
Signed a contract on 12/15. Nearly 3 months later and work still not complete, yet we have already had to start paying for it. Front door was measured wrong, yet still installed and we were left to patch a 1-2" gap. I also stepped on a screw left on our front walk that went through my shoe after the door install. Our hardware was not completely removed from the old door and part of our security locks are now gone.
Now they are saying they can't complete the work. They originally said that they would contact the insurance company about one item on the Storm claim and now they say that it's our responsibility to contact them to say that they can't find the part and won't do the work. This has delayed putting our home up for sale after they begged us for the contract in December and promised to get it done quick as the winter is typically slow.
Every representative I worked with was topnotch and helpful. They spent a great deal of time with me helping me make the best decisions for my home and my budget. When Ryan came to install my egress window in the lower level he spent a great deal of time explaining the issue I currently had and what needed to be done about it. Then he went outside and fixed it! The whole process was so quick and easy. I'll definitely be back for my patio door replacement.

It took longer than they said it would take to get the job done. The contract was signed on 5/28/2018 stating that the job would be done in approximately 4-6 weeks. The project was completed on 8/30/2018, over 13 weeks after contract signed. The installation went fairly smoothly and the finished project was excellent. The workers were very considerate and attentive to detail.
The windows were better than I expected. It's hard to know what it's really going to look like when the sample is so small and I had three giant windows placed. They look gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. We also had a sliding glass door put in place of a door that barely opened so we are completely satisfied with that change as well. I really liked the salesman that came out and even though I was leaning toward French doors instead of a slider, he listened and then gave me his opinion but did not try to change my mind. I changed my mind because of the way he described the difference in a way that I could understand. I have 4 more very large windows that I will be changing out this summer and I will definitely be using you again!

BEWARE!!!! Today I went to a women's house to look at doing some landscape work and couldn't help but to notice the absolute horrendous concrete sidewalk and porch they did for her. For Starters they used bagged concrete very noticeable as you can see the pee gravel in the finish. The finish of the concrete looks horrible and they used no expansion joint next to the house and saw cut the joints instead of tooling them in and they are to far apart. Also the sidewalk is considerably more narrow then an average sidewalk. Also they poured the Porch on top of some loose brick they just set on the ground. That's not it though they did siding and inside work in the house and it is all horrible and needs torn out. I strongly recommend you stay away from this company. I feel so bad for this women I will be taking it upon myself to make sure they make it right. I will post pictures soon.

I had my home done around 2 years ago and while it looked good at first I have had call them back on several occasions to redo work on my home. While they do send someone out the job looks very subpar now. I m sure if this was the owners home it would be done right the first time.
