It is given a piece of laptop lenovo g50 80 bought from pcgarage. After 6 months of normal use a blot appears on the screen. The pcgarage guarantee being provided by the customs officer. I receive the product in service, after 7-8 I receive a text message that is ready. I'm going the next day, surprise .... dead pixel display. I start to say that I get it and explain it as pixels ... as iso ... as reeds. Please be back in service. This time with urgent status. It was resolved in two days. Third time when I go .... the panel was ok but the frame on the screen was detached on one side. The type of reception was offered to go to the technicians to repair it. Finally comes with the frame as caught. I accepted that and that was it. It does not seem normal to me with pieces defective, or with the piece mounted poorly (a finger enters between the frame and the screen). I believe that the poor quality work is given by the management. I offered the number of stars in the review for the guy at the reception who was ok, was patient and wanted to solve problems even when the technicians didn't want to (put on a bad display and fitted a bad bezel). However, this is not a service where you can take your product under warranty .... never.
