In spite of the fact that I bought a wiring box for an air conditioner with a maximum of 5 business days, the term was not respected. To my surprise, I checked the site and no longer sell 3-5 days or 6-10 days (which were at a lower price) because the subcontractors (those working under Depanero's wing) no longer deal with and it seems normal for me to stop selling lies. That's it, I bit it, but never again. And besides, we were a fan of Emag, we buy all kinds of there. Emag is unfairly competitive and forces me to install the strict climate with Depanero, otherwise I lose any warranty rights. That's not what Emag tells you, but finally. Disappointed, I will avoid this company as much as possible, and given that Emag works with them, I will stop ordering from Emag. 2 stars because I gave a nice girl on the phone among others and although they know they have no blame, I pity that they have to defend the interests of a company operating on a badly thought system.
