Either totally incompetent or thieves. Notice how many people indicate they NEVER GET THEIR STUFF. Don't bother waiting around -- and certainly don't take time off work -- your stuff isn't coming. Not when scheduled, not later in the day, not the day after, not the day after that, or after that ... it's never coming. Worse, they never let you know that they won't be there when scheduled.
Never delivered my package. I was told multiple times that they were on their way. My window was from 12 - 2pm and at 6pm was told that the item was just loaded and in route. Never delivered my stuff.
Complete jackass of a company, I ve tried 3 times to have a transmission delivered to my house. Each time I reschedule it doesn t make it on the truck what a joke. I ve talked to the dispatch recently who is going to get it sent out the day after tomorrow, however it s been so long this is already beyond broken. I appreciate the dispatch calling me to hear me out though.
I was told I could go up there and pick up my package and I drove 2 hours and no one was there. This company is terrible.

We bought a wheelchair and this company has sat on it for 2 weeks. they keep scheduling a delivery time and then when I call to double check its not on the truck for delivery. you wait on hold forever and noone knows whats going on. I will never do business again with this company
Unprofessional and incompetent....scheduled at 4 hour block that I had to take off of work. 12-4, at 4 I had to call and find out that they are 3 hours behind schedule. The dispatcher asked if I still wanted my delivery by 7pm which I did...7 pm I call looking for my delivery to find out everyone has gone home. No confirmation phone calls, and I am the one loading money. Don t bot use this service as they are rude and unprofessional.
I do not recommend this place to any driver, neither here in Denver nor the one in Irving TX, to pick up in Irving Tx I was 10 hours to pick up the road and here in Denver on the delivery to arrive from 11:00 am and if I don't pick up At 2:00 pm they do not download me, very bad service has this vomiting avoid at all costs come to this place
Hands down one of the worst customer service carriers out there. It's not even worth going in to all of the details. Plain and simple, if you use them, good luck!
My business has been waiting for a 700lb crate of supplies. The crate sat at the warehouse for the last 12 days with no calls, no delivery attempts, nothing.
We finally figured it out and called and set up delivery between 11-3 today.
We called them at 4 and was told the driver was running late.
Held the staff over to unload the crate. Called back at 5:30 to find out the driver passed within 3 blocks of us on his way back to the dock without letting anyone know.
Can t run a business and depend on ForwardAir!
They mislabeled my 1500 dollar chair, either stole it or sent it to Poland. Nobody will ever know.

Worst company ever. Dishonest company are willing to tell you every excuse in the book and when they get called out on it will then start blaming you. I have had my package rescheduled 4+ times now.Ill let you know if I ever get my package from them.
Forward air of Denver does not answer the phone and their boss extension is a sample not made to go through any call. customer can t call and supposed to get whatever services forward air choose to provide regardless of the quality.

I booked a shipment going to Pennsylvania. Forward Air smashed the crate. The shipment weighed 335 pounds but they are claiming it weighed 555 pounds and want to charge me an extra $119.21. I can prove the weight was 335 LBS.

They were pretty quick to get me loaded and get me out of there just about 1 hour
shipment not getting picked up two days in a row even I called to remind them. Ended up canceling and booking with other carrier.
Waited for a scheduled 12:00pm delivery, 2 hours still no delivery. Called, driver forgot our house but he will come back. 4:00pm- still no delivery, 5:00pm called but driver and told package was damaged and he NEVER put it on the truck at all that day! Ok? You couldn t tell me that ALL DAY?
So I call my company I ordered from, turns out the local based owner was there THAT DAY at saw my package and it was FINE! The driver was too LAZY to deliver my package after he forgot it.
I ve been waiting 8+ weeks for this and we were meant to leave 2 hours after they delivered it. This company is HORRIBLE!
DONT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. They dont show up and then provide every excuse in the book. Day after day nothing changes and no one ever picks up the phone. Do your self a favor and go with another company.
I had a very expensive delivery for my granddaughters birthday. The item arrived at the company on the 21st, the delivery wasn t even scheduled until the 24th and set up for the 28th! I decided to pick it up myself or I wouldn t have it for her birthday. I drove 2 hours to pick it up, only to find out they did have the item! I spoke to 3 different people prior to pick up and all 3 said it was ready for pick up. I was told I could pick up until 6:30 pm. I arrived at 6pm to find the place locked up. Someone finally let me in and said pick up stops at 5:30pm! After speaking with a manager, I was told they would allow me to pick it up. After an hour, yes, an hour of waiting, I was told they did not have the item. A different carrier had picked it up that morning! I was given a number for the other carrier and told to call them to schedule pick up. As of now, I have not been able to contact anyone at the new carrier and still do not know where the shipment is. Terrible customer service! Do not recommend.
